As a swede, the menu in the Swedish IKEA is very different from the American. Also, we definitely don't eat what you thought was breakfast hahah, that looks more like a British breakfast. We typically eat like a sandwich or yoghurt. Then the so called "crepes", they are actually pancakes. Our pancakes are thin so they aren't crepes to us.

I dont think i've ever, EVER seen any of those breakfast items being eaten in sweden. If you'd go "traditional" its Hardbread with cheese and veggies. unsweetened cereal with Filmjölk (its a fermented dairy product similar to Kefir) and maybe some jam with it. A cup of coffee and a glass of juice.

Keep in mind Ikeas food is very watered down Swedish cuisine when you try the Swedish food. Just like a lot of Chinese food in a lot of western countries it is not that authentic.
