I'm a Taiwanese girl, who grew up listening to this song. It's my mom's favorite. I remember whenever I opened the car door when my mom picked me up from school, she would be playing this song. I still open the door to her listening to this song, 6 years later. My mom was also in a small band when she was younger, and sometimes she sits at her piano and sings this song. The way they sing it brings back so many emotions and memories for me. I'm so happy they sang such a meaningful song in my life, and created another memory with this song.
I originally love this song soooo much. Couldn't imagine NCT will do cover of this song before. This is like a dream comes true. Besides, I love that finally I can hear Renjun sings a full Chinese song not just a 1-Chinese sentence in a Korean song. Also, this song can show his vocal skill too.

Chinese ballads are really the best. Chinese people really understand melancholy, drama and subtlety. I wish NCT China line (WayV + RenLe) do a whole album that doesn't sound Kpop. Something with Chinese sound aesthetics with a couple of ballads. And I hope they make sure to use Hendery's lovely baritone voice well cuz his low voice (as well as Xiaojun's and Ten's low register) is just beautiful. I know Kpop is more popular but they no longer cater much to people who appreciate softer, gentler and subtler types of songs. Idols barely release ballads that have strong and memorable melodies these days. They rely too much on visuals and dance. Those are good too but there's also something about songs that grips your heart and take you to other places when you listen to them with eyes closed..

Did you listen to NCT 'From Home'? All members sing in their native/mother language. Also.... Wavy exists? And the members do a lot of their social media and promotional activities in their native language, for example Vlives or Huya. I think through the years SM finally see their potential. The company kind of treat them better this few years. Winwin got more lines, Renjun get to sing a few of NCT songs in chinese. Not to say a few WayV members get a chance to write their own lyrics.
Did you listen to NCT 'From Home'? All members sing in their native/mother language. Also.... Wavy exists? And the members do a lot of their social media and promotional activities in their native language, for example Vlives or Huya. They have huge fandoms in their home countries, for example Yuta has the most Instagram followers among Japanese male celebrities?
@@AlexBsSecret I agree but you have to understand that SM wasn't like this before, they have improved a lot but that doesn't mean Yuta, the Chinese members, and some Korean members aren't getting mistreated by the company. Yuta may have the most Instagram followers but he's still among the most mistreated and ignored nct members by SM.

@@AlexBsSecret yes, i do listen to from home by nct u, but having activities in their mother language or fandom from their hometown are not equal for having covers in their mother language. big fandom and activities guarantee their career, but it doesn’t show their talent (vocal, dance, etc)
