SWFL Eagles ~ E23 At Pond Bottom Dipping & Playing w/ A Stick 😂 F23's Bath & Horses Flush M 4.19.24

- It was pond day for the eagles with E23, F23 and M15 all visiting the pond. First up is E23 flying off the U branch over the pond to the office oak. Then later flies from the office oak to the pond and wades in. E23 will run along the waters edge back and forth with those pantaloons on display 😂 E23 will do some bottom dips and find a stick in the water and pulls it out and plays with it. When E23 is finished, will fly off over the water towards the office oak (very cool footage!)
Next up is F23 flying to the pond! She takes her time and likes to soak in the water before getting into her bath with bottom dips and then dunks and splish splashing around. F23 takes an invigorating bath and then she heads up to the bank to dry her wings. She goes to the cement block and when horses approach her, she flies off to the office oak.
After delivering an opossum to E23 at the nest, M15 heads to the pond and takes a few sips and looks around. Horses come close to him so he flies off & lands at the other side of the pond. He looks around and then flies off to the office oak! The office oak is a very popular hang out spot for the eagles! Thank you for watching!

A day at the pond for eagles is as good as a day at the beach for us humans. Relaxing, watching the world go by and maybe a quick dip or two.

I think it's so precious how these young ones enjoy the simple pleasures of foolin' with sticks. This is hilarious i just realized E23 took space at pond played stuck & dipped left mom came took bath she leaves due to horses then M15 comes he has his space at pond relaxed each one no intrusions except horses 😮 now this family knows how to take their space away from each other❤❤❤

Uh oh, getting ready to get offline, checked in on E23 perched in their nest tree and my heart sank... Forgive my intrusion into this video comment section LH-friend, but an owl landed on far rt tree top, Cam3/pond cam at 21:30:39 and is still there. Here's hoping owl is just hunting and won't attack our beloved E23.
*UPDATE* Yay, owl took off to the right at 22:04:24 Phew! Hopefully they will leave our sweetie alone, all night and every night. Now I will go to bed and as always, pray for their safety. Will enjoy this video of yours another time. Thanks for you LH! G'nite all.
