    Productivity efficiency theory
    If map contact angles with types of strokes,
    = nostrils and below, reduce to a few types only (single section)
    = nose and above, reduce to a few types only (left and right)
    = ... look-think focus is aim
    = plot with the same concept for contact angles, practice and revise
    No jumping and no bouncing so that there is no waiting for that rebounce time - more instant
    Then train for non-reaction so that you will not be tricked or locked into a fixed response. You will calm down and be more relaxed during sparing. Surppress self for non-reaction. Release suppression for reaction.
    When non-reaction reaches second-nature release non-reaction for reaction. Very minute difference.

    Great tips. Also thanks for recommending AAMA. I ended up grabbing two pairs of shoes for basically the price of one given their current sale and discount code. They're super comfy and have been so much better for my feet for training and teaching.
