Update on the IANA Stewardship Transition

The IANA Stewardship Transition proposal development process is now in its final stretches. Thus it seems timely to reconvene a panel of individuals who have been involved in the transition from operator, engineering, and governance communities to provide an update about the proposal, discuss next steps towards finalizing the transition, and provoke discussion about the outlook for industry and Internet users post-transition.
