Great design for Halloween. This set is so cute. I think I am finally getting better. This has been the hardest surgery I’ve ever had. So many ups and downs. I have finally stopped passing out. I pray for no more set backs. The abscess on my liver is the last hurdle I hope. Your videos have made my life so much better. Thank you so much.
Yes! It’ll be a tiiiiny bit tacky. But when it’s overly dry then it’s sort of pointless, if you will. So the last stamping set I did the whole hand and applied base coat from thumb to pinky. By the time I got to my pinky it was TOO dry and the design wouldn’t stick to my nail 🥴 so now I know to do each nail beforehand or else it won’t grab on
Do you need the sticky base bc of the dip powder? I watched maniology video, and she doesnt use the sticky base. Looked like it was for foil and powder sticking...
I think I've seen others use transparent dip powder to encapsulate instead of the smudge proof top coat. Would that work? I'm pretty rough on my nails and nail polish directly doesn't hold up for me.
Yes! You can do a layer of the smudge free top coat to protect the polish THEN do dip powder base liquid, then dip into the clear and proceed as normal. In my experience, the dip base will smudge or ruin the polish but a layer of smudge free top coat will help 💓
I personally wouldn’t because it doesn’t give the same strength, feel, shine. BUT!! You can absolutely top your favorite nail polish top coat on top. I really like Essie Gel setter on top of it! It gives the final high shine and gel like finish. amzlink.to/az0H4q9BECkvd
QUESTION 🙋🏼♀️: If you are worried about getting the solution on your skin can you use Nail Polish peel off tape? With these solutions? Thanks for your advice in advance.
Yes!! I actually found some really pretty holographic ones on Amazon today! Or were you thinking more of the tradition gold flakies ✨ amzlink.to/az0Wrhmf8PsWq

🥺🫶🏻 I am sending you SO much love and positive thoughts Kathy! You are AMAZING!!
Very cute! Does the sticky base need to completely dry before you put the stamping on it? I was a little confused.

Cute mani. I wish I could rock white nails. They are perfect background for everything
I love a basic white background too! I really want to try reverse stamping next. I keep saying I will but I just love the outline designs 🤣😩
Maybe try lead lighting instead @@SipAndDip
I'm learning so much I hadn't heard of dip powder until about a month or two ago Now you got real stamps haha 😂
🤣😆 it accumulates fast!!

Do you find the no smudge top coat works as well as dip top coat? It’s the only thing that keeps me from pulling the trigger on stamping

I was following one of your dip removals and I can’t find coconut oil. What is a substitute?
Olive oil or even cuticle oil 💕
