    These tips are spot on, the buffer is clutch to get us through. And creating a support system that you nurture, I had forgotten or just didn’t have the time or energy to keep up w that. But it makes a huge difference. Thank you so much, love all your content.

    chemistry with co residents and having good camaraderie will make a huge difference. you share ups and downs with them. as a result they become your best buds. was fortunate to have such.

      So true! It's been tougher to get close to some of my co-residents this past year because of COVID. I can't help but imagine sometimes how much more socializing and bonding there might had been if things had been more opened up. But the ones I have gotten to know better really have made a huge difference in getting through residency!
