Jarrett is the man such a cool dude! Stoked he didn’t forget about the Ranger haha
Such a great video, man! Fantastic insight view on SVC offroad. These guys truly know off-roading and Raptors. 💪🏼🔥😈
Can’t wait to see more of your Gen1. Thanks for sharing with all of us.
Yeah man. They are great
Great video! Very informative! Didn’t know SVC was such a small company.
Yeah it’s all relative. SVC is pretty big in terms of sales. They do it from a small space but this was not their only space. They had a warehouse nearby that handles all storage and shipping and a separate manufacturing facility in another state
THE HOLY GRAIL!!! That-was-AWESOME!!!!
Thanks man
Omg I think you found your niche. Awesome show and tell. You’ve had a few of these videos now and I’ve loved all of them.
Love to see two guys talk n teach. Taking me to school 🏫
We dig it, some find it boring. But this is the conversation we all have on the trails. Love talking about these trucks
Been waiting for this! Just sold my gen 1 for a 250 tremor… I willl live my Baja passion through you now
You can do a lot with those trucks too.
@@KeepItDirtyOffRoad plan on it, started the transformation and throwing it on my channel. But I didn’t want to get rid of the Gen 1… SVC mid travel was its next step… sooo thanks again for this vid. Awesome job man.
Thanks man. Will keep eye out to see what you do.
I wish I was more local to these guys. I actually just bought their bumpstop kit and rear bed brace for my gen 1. Super stand up people over there and helpful regarding any questions I had.
This was awesome
Thanks man
Glad to see your going the right direction! Getting a Gen 1 with the SVC mid travel kit you’re going to start to understand why many of us feel its the best platform period for Raptors.Jarrett and Jeff are amazing, their team is top notch!
I know we’ve had our conversations about bump system, I’m glad you were able to connect with him on proper design.😉 I’ve personally ran their mid travel kit for years, and pushed it to the trucks limits. I look forward to running their kit on my Bronco. Great content guys 🤙
Thanks man. And yeah it was great talking to these guys and getting some understanding on why they do things the way they do it.
Wow! Mid travel with links is the dream!
It’s an interesting setup. Not cheap but definitely looks like it would ride so smooth
Yet another great video KID!.... & wow!... SVC is the real deal! They stand behind their product as ALL should!!!... & knucks👊 to him for taking the time to do the video with you.... His knowledge is exceptional!... I look forward to more videos on the new Raptor KID!!..... Be well, do well & God bless y'all🙏🇺🇸
Thanks man. I think the big difference with SVC is they did not shy away from the tough questions and I got honest answers from them. That really blew me away
I’m very happy with my Gen 1 SVC Raptor build. You’ll probably be seeing my 2 door Bronco, if i ever get it!
Nice
Sweet video. Thank you sir. I met you at the gas station in Garden Grove. Keep It Dirty bro !
Thanks man, was good to meet you. Let’s do it on the trails next time.
Awesome video. Lots of things to think about.
Thanks man. Tons of options for these trucks
This by far is the best fucking video you’ve ever made!
Thanks man. Been wanting to do this tour for a while now.
So much good information. I had to watch it twice in a row
This rear link kit may have just saved me $. I was looking at luxury prerunner builds but I'm not hardcore or skilled enough to really need one. This might be the perfect solution.
Not to mention all the noise and uncomfortable nature of a pre runner. I think their approach is a nice way to add capability without loosing Amy comfort
@@KeepItDirtyOffRoad So true! If I go ahead and have all the work done I'll make sure to let them know it was your video that sold me!
Thanks man.
SVC built my truck and I have literally zero complaints
That’s good to hear man. Specially with my truck going in and all the great customer service I’ve seen so far
Badass vid bro cant wait to see the gen 1 bash!
Thanks man
Fantastic Tour!! These guys are the real deal. Can't wait to see Gen 1 finished! Take care.
Thanks man.
Great video for sure! Can’t wait to see more, Your new gen 1 is going to have huge following I expect. I know I am looking forward to more content on this truck!!
Thanks man. Hoping to rehab this truck as best we can and get a ton of offroad use out of it for years to come
That was an awesome video. Great job. You can’t beat SVC. Great product and it shows.
It’s a great company for sure. Thanks man
Very cool tour. I will have to go visit these guys next time we get down there. Have fun go Offroad
Definitely worth checking out
Svc is the best! I have their bumpers and bed support, and soon more parts!
Yeah, they are a good company
Great Video, I have been looking at SVC to upgrade mu Gen1 Raptor, this solidifies the my choice. I will be watching close
as to what and how much a total build will cost. Kick ass company that has their shit together ie, shock info, cage info and
catering to the Ford Raptor! Look forward to the next vid! Regards from NC!
Thanks man. Definitely a great company by our experience thus far.
I wish they would make parts for my 2015 F-150, seems like the best company out there for Ford suspension parts!
2015 F150 is very similar to the Gen2 Raptor. Just needs a little extra reinforcement on the frame to be on par
This is awesome!
Thanks
Wow these guys need to sell those used stuff I need rear shock
That’s why I showed it man. Get a hold of them. All those used parts are for sale. They just don’t have time to list and sell it all
@@KeepItDirtyOffRoad how will you take care of some of those rust? I'm In Jersey and I'm planning to keep my truck from rusting won't be driving it on winter.
Wire wheels and paint with regular intervals to check and re treat.
Awesome shop tour! I'm super impressed with everything! also, I noticed that Nexgen offroad is an hour away from me! I wonder do they replace shocks for a Ford Raptor SVT?
Give them a call. They are down the road from me and I think they do rebuilds. But not sure
Was just at SVC for a Fox 3.0 install on the front with 37s and new methods. Couldn’t recommend a more friendly company
Definitely good people
My Favorite Raptor shop by far even though I didn’t go with their Mid Travel. I had to go with Robby Woods kit and I don’t consider him a Raptor shop by any means.
I would’ve wanted to build my regular 2015 f150 xlt with you guys but unfortunately I’m all the way in socal. Would’ve wished you guys have stayed but I understand why you might’ve moved.
SVC unfortunately don’t monitor this video man sorry. Then moving out of SoCal is a understandable but also did not make sense to me considering how many customers they have here
@ Oh shit I just noticed that this wasn’t their channel lol 😂 thank you for letting me know and I completely agree with you considering they have many customers here. I feel like I won’t ever get to build my truck because of them moving. It is what it is.
There are a few shops out here in so cal building trucks man. Some I would dare say are better. Look at BMS, HRD, and HM as just a few still in SoCal building badass trucks
@@KeepItDirtyOffRoad I’ll do my research on them. Thank you. The thing that had me sold with SVC is that they were known to make capable trucks that can be driven on a daily basis and also I like the looks of their bumpers for the front and the rear. I’m not sure if I’m mistaken but I also heard that they offer warranty? Is that true?
They all have a certain level of warranty yeah. But if you break it doing something dumb, it’s always on you.
Look into the other shops. Nothing says you can’t rock SVC bumpers with other suspensions kits. They do make some of the best designs for bumpers IMO. But suspension wise, there are more options and some companies like BMS and HM offer long travel kits for the same price
This video is worth a million dollars. These are trade secrets
🤣🤣 nah, these guys are always talking about this stuff and they are very open with their customers
Very cool video! Any idea what that bed install costs with that gas tank?
I think it’s listed on their site. It’s not cheap.
Upwards of 30k, looks like an amazing setup though, that’s a lot of coin but you’re also getting a lot of performance.
For sure. But I think all in with machined arms and everything it’s going to easily be higher
Can you give a ballpark figure how much that suspension would cost? I would love my GEN 1 dialed in those guys
That rear linked system alone will be expensive. 35-50k easy just for the back.
Where is this shop at ?
They were in SoCal, now they are in Southern Utah.
Surprised this video is still up in late '24.
Why? People should see where it started.
Love the shop. Too far from Phoenix but then again might be worth it in the end:
Yeah maybe. Any local shops around you? What about Foutz?
@@KeepItDirtyOffRoad We have ADD and 4WP. I’ll look up foutz. I think he helped with the first Raptor R. Born in Baja
Yeah, definitely avoid 4wp. Check into Foutz man. I’ve heard they do good work
@@KeepItDirtyOffRoad Will do. I’ve got the ADD bumpers and they look sweet. But suspension is something else
YeH, not a fan of the ADD stuff for suspension. Way too expensive. You follow the Arizona Raptor runs guys? August the guy that runs that group is a good dude and can probably let you know of any other shops. I know he has good experiences with Foutz and may know a few others out there
Do you know if you can install a factory front camera on a 2013
Raptor?
Some come with factory cameras up front. Mine did. But the process to use it makes it a useless option. Have to be in the right mode and 4wd on a Tuesday during a leap year and it just impossible.
Thant the other thing I would like to do turn the bed of a recked Raptor into a over lander camper so my camper would match my truck
Hi Do you need some great lighting upgrade for your truck to help you better driving, off-road and adventure. We're the pro auto lighting manufacturer for nearly 20 yrs and w're looking for sponsorship!
최고의차.
멋지고 참 이쁨니다.
god the want is so real.
Yeah it is!! Need to win the lottery or something
Lol. Talks about how much the Fords crack and reinforcement is needed. Then trashed Toyota. They’re all factory trucks and you’re trying to make them prerunners.
All the trucks have weak points for sure.
Raptors see a whole lot more abuse on the trials so those are well documented. Toyota’s not so much because stock they are not as capable. But built up, they can be great too. Won’t look as good though 🤪.
@@KeepItDirtyOffRoad I don’t know. I never seen a 10 year old abused Raptor on a trail. Couldn’t tell you how they look over time. Toyota’s all the time. I, like you, stay around my Toyota groups and every once in awhile a Raptor wants to come play and break a spindle. So, I’d say both are well documented.
Everything he walked you through to reinforce Raptors. Boxing, plating bed frames, cross bracing under bed, all gets done to Tundras/Tacoma’s.
Yeah, that’s all fairly standard reinforcement on bolt kit with mid travel. If anything SVC is light on reinforcement compared to what I’ve seen.
I see 10yr old Raptors all the time on the trails man. Gen1 first came out in 2010. You can usually tell them apart by the headlights. Been running the trails hard for 11 years and still running 🤷♂️. I don’t see many tundras on the trails though. Not with high speed off-roading anyway. See a bunch of tacos doing rock crawling all the time. But those guys have their own set of problems there. Offroad anything is going to have problems. I personally think the Raptor will have less than most. And usually when someone breaks on the trail its because of 2 things. 1 running beyond what the truck and they can handle, or 2. Bad group direction and not calling out hazards.
Anyways man. Why we keep going in circles here. Everytime you post it’s the same thing and for the most part we agree. You going coming out on the trails with us one day or what? Would rather talk shit In Person than this silly crap over messages.
@@KeepItDirtyOffRoad lol Yea. I’ll be out there one day. Mine is do for an overhaul. Need to do water pump and heat exchanger before I go hard. New Suspension gets put on this month hopefully. Been waiting since June 2020. I’m hoping I’m GTG by October because I’m trying to have the family in Big Bear for a few days.
Love the video, audio is terrible
Nothing could have really been done about that man. These guys are very busy and having the shop stop for 45 min for our silly video was not something I was going to ask them to do.
You send Chevy to svc I Woodhaven never helped you
??? What? Not sure I understand your comment.
Not doing Chevy is a mistake.. Ford already has a Raptor as an option, so you guys are redundant to a small extent. Chevy and GMC doesn't have anything but maybe the new Hummer. It would be nice to have hi quality offroad for GM trucks.
It would be nice to have a GM competitor to the Raptor but here is where you logic falls short. There are tons of Raptor shops out there because a Raptor gets you on the trails with warranty. Before you know it your hooked and you want a smoother or more capable ride and it just snowballs.
There is very few GM guys doing these kinds of builds. So not much business in it. Until GM makes a proper Raptor competitor, guys aren’t going to know what’s possible or think it’s way too expensive.
Dude your sound quality is horrific
🤦♂️🤦♂️ rear the notes on screen man.
This was an active busy shop. We did not have them stop working for my silly little tour. We had mics on to reduce it, but there is only so much you can do besides have them all stop work and loose that hour of productivity.
