I've found Lumenzia to be an incredibly powerful and flexible tool, and probably the best money I ever spent on the software side of photography. Although luminosity masks are most closely associated with landscape photography, they can be used in any genre. I lean more towards documentary style photography, and I cannot remember the last time I processed an image without using Lumenzia. The precision, control, and subtlety of the results have completely transformed my output. I'd also like to add that Greg frequently releases updates that refine the panel and expand functionality, and his customer support is truly outstanding. He's a top bloke. (And just in case you were wondering, no, I am not Greg Benz.)
Greg has been so responsive in answering my questions after I purchased the full set of classes. This is a VERY deep program, you’ve got to build up your knowledge over time.
I find it helps to click the ? And then each button on the full panel. Watch and practice with every button tutorial and that’s your foundation. Then start with Greg’s dodge and burn class.
I got this recently in the 5 day deal and I must say, I had a couple questions, he immediately replied and solved everything and all. The respect for the costumer and wanting him to be happy, is next level with Greg Benz)
Greg is the very definition of "customer service".
Good video, only problem I have with this video is - I wished you had your small box video in a different place instead of placing over the lumenzia box so we could see which tools you were using when doing this video .I am still trying to learn this fantastic plugin

Very late response but this was a really good chat. And I have to highlight a funny moment at 39:30, Marc leaving linear time to ponder eternally the tribalism behind the tools used :D (his connection was probably bad or dropped but it still caught me off guarD)

@@TWIP oh that'd be fantastic. As you're probably aware, some novelties in Lumenzia make it an even bigger joy to use. I don't think I'm over exaggerating when I say this tool singlehandedly made Photoshop a better software, and I'm not forgetting the endless tools and features. It's beyond me why Adobe hasn't taken notice of it and approached Greg for an acquisition yet (but also glad, they haven't so they don't mess it up) :)
No explanation of how to do any of this.
