- In order to become Top Chef, the Cheftestants must prepare a five-course meal that puts their personality on a plate. For Ross Larkin, this means doing an ode to Newfoundland with ingredients that are only available by hunting and foraging.

I never heard a chef have the reviews he got. Ross so deserved it
Incredibly high level of respect for this menu
He did so unbelievable in that final. It was obvious he would win after hearing those critiques by the judges
I knew once I saw Jeremy Charles was his mentor and was there to help him it was over. That guy deserves Michelin stars, such a shame they haven't come to Canada yet.
Michelin finally came to Canada last year (2022), first to the Toronto area but now to the entire country. There are now 133 Michelin Star restaurants in Canada - however I don't think they have visited Newfoundland yet.
An Ode to Newfoundland! Yeeees b'y.
When I think of this days or months or years later, I'll still be salivating.
That is the most unbeatable competition menu I think I’ve ever seen.
The winter in NewFoundland !!!!
Best seafood he ever tasted. Yes b'y you think.
It's interesting that as an American I would rather eat this menu, than Top Chef USA finally menu.
It’s basically the menu at Raymond’s that Giles Coren said was the best food he ever ate.
