I enjoy the banter between friends keep up the great work dummies. you guys give great informative reviews, with some added humor. whiskey shouldn't be taken to seriously its hobby intended for enjoyment. so good on you guys for enjoying!
A touch of vibrato right outta the box! Bert has a future doing voice overs. You mean you guys aren’t serious? So far Willet and Buffalo Trace Kosher Rye is where it’s at.
Scotch Test Dummies...problem is the Buffalo Trace is commanding ridiculous prices...no can do for the $ stores are asking. There’s some great Ryes out there at some great price points. These days, I’m enjoying Ryes from Balcones, Old Forester, High West Double & Rendezvous and Lot No. 40...all down to earth prices and great sippers neat etc.
thats a water dropper set made in Scotland. consists of a wood stave, hand blown crystal dropper, and wee glencairn. You can find them on line or on our website with our logo. www.scotchtestdummies.com/product/angels-share-crystal-dropper-set-scotch-test-dummies/
Jean and I have the Pinhook Straight Rye with the horse named Rye Humor. It's an extremely nice Rye! I'm getting to be a Pinhook fan.
thanks Christmas!

If you didn’t know the Pinhook Rye’d On is the first whiskey released that was distilled at Castle and Key.

You're title says ' straight Bourbon'?? Tasting rye?
Bourbon has to be 50% corn. Rye is often a big part of the mash bill along with a little 5% barley.
