Roads are only built in Harare side you will never hear anything about Bulawayo. When are roads going to be constructed in Matabeleland. Still a question mark.
For everyone wondering about the missing traffic lights, road markings etc: Zimbabwe has been under heavy sanctions pretty much since independence in the 80s after the West punished Mugabe for kicking out white people. What they don't tell you is that white Zimbabweans refused to contribute to the economy by registering their businesses in UK and depositing their cash in UK bank accounts, thus not paying taxes. Mugabe essentially told them "contribute or leave". Unless you're Russia or China, if you're sanctioned it's very hard to keep your economy running
You forget to mention that Mugabe had an estimated net worth of 1 billion US dollars because he ran a corrupt government that siphoned money away from the local people. The biggest thing holding Zimbabwe back is corruption not foreigners. I left the country in 1986 and I am glad I did.
