I have exactly same forks as a lot of other guys. I think its not so hard to mention all oil capacitys and other small things in vid, it would be much nicer than looking at video and looking for all capacitys etc

Super helpful! I have the exact same bike, 2014 450r. Having the parts list on your website helps a lot. Would anyone recommend getting OEM seals from Honda over getting the Pro X seals?
*Rocky Mountain ATV MC* - Thanks for these vids they are life savers! Do the KYB-II all the 15 and 16 CRF's seals are blowing out now and there are literally no videos showing the replacement. For example you can get a Honda Fork Damper Holder Handel for +50$ and the 30mm attachmetn for andother +80$ but I've herd its simply a 30mm socket and an extension. Is this true?
I am also looking for a detailed video on the PSF-2 forks.. great videos
Why you didn't say how much oil goes on the outer tube?
*tiago dos reis* the amount of oil can vary from machine to machine. We recommend you check your bikes year, make and model to get the specified amount. Thanks for watching.
How much oil do you put in each chamber?
not related to the air fork but have changed the springs on my fj09 and noticed holes in the top of the inner tube and am wondering what stops oil escaping in to the outer tube affecting the air gap, please help with my confusion as i am a bit stuck on how oil could get back into inner tube

how much oil do you insert in each chamber
245cc is standard, but can go up to 265. more oil means more bottoming resistance without changing the stiffness of the fork's range.
A couple things. one. completely skipped the installation of the inner bushing. two. slamming the oil seal on install?
The compression assembly when you’re putting it back together, are you tightening it all the way down to a snug tight or just barely so that extra oil will come out? Will the extra oil come out if it’s snug or does it need to be loose? 11:56

DO YOU HAVE THE SPECIAL TOOL for the PSF2 forks? the one that holds that bolt inside?
Sorry, we currently do not carry the damping rod holding tool for the PSF-2 forks. I believe the KYB part number you're looking for is 150050000901 and is called a "t-bar" by KYB. Hope that helps!
@@rmatvmc ok good to know i was trying to find this on the phone with you guys the other day. This post was 8 months ago, do you carry it now? also at the begging of this video he says that he should be making a PSF2 fork service video but that doesn't exist. is this something you guys would still consider making ?!? it would be well appreciated by your utah dirt bike community. also if you need a pair of PSF2 fork to service for the video i would be willing to pay you guys to service mine for me depending on price.

I think it’s 8.2 oz for that and 12 oz for the damper.
I just did my 2014 CRF450R forks, it is 8.2 oz of 5W oil.

Anyone have recommendations on some companies for my bike ( 2016 crf 450 r ) that i can get my bike revalved and tuned ? i feel like i seriously need it since i weigh 230 with out gear on.

Def not. psf2 is much harder and you need a special tool to hold something in the inside in order for you to take the inner tube and outer tube apart. i gave up and i just switch to kyb sss. =(
i might have used an compressor on my suspension and it have started leaking, what do i do now? ^^

Godseverman Lol never use anything besides a correct hand pump for forks. You most likely blew out the seals with too much pressure.
yeah the seal blew out but i put it in the shop to have someone fix it for me, cost me 400$ ....
