Awesome workflow, thanks for sharing. I use the new Timeline view for my master agenda page, that way I can see the the history of weekly agenda's in a calendar view easier.
THIS is what I needed in my life! I used to do a small daily planner every morning but it was just too much for me to carry the thick book around. My company uses Notion already so this perfectly fits into my workflow like the final puzzle piece. LOVE IT! Keep these productivity videos coming I love them and use them in my daily workflow and I already feel more productive.

I use Notion this way, too, but I sort the weekly agendas by month. The main pages are the months which has a calendar, birthday, bills due that month and other events. Then I have a weekly agenda template in each month. I favorite my current week so that it shows up at the top. I archive old weeks inside the month views.

Hi Drew, thanks for the idea! Yes I totally agree that the tool is AMAZING but incredibly difficult to optimize the entire end-to-end "process." I find myself revising/changing things up at least once a week so will definitely share a "streamlined" version once it's ready 😁

In your new version of the template there is a "Reflect" Section. When and what for instance is there to put into "Win", "Learning" and "Memory"? If you are planning a big project with to-do bits every day, where do you put related to it task list - in notion or todoist? And a general question, doesn´t it frustrate you if you don´t achieve planned goals because of wrong time planning/ the task is too big/ your preparation or abilities weren´t sufficient?..

Great question, I literally have a video on this scheduled for next week! The tl;dr is sometimes you have to use different platforms. Ideally you can keep everything in Notion (that's built to manage multiple work streams)

Per usual, great video Jeff! We would love to see a video on how you use Notion and Todoist. Lately, I've found myself battling with using each system independently such as using Notion for project management and Todoist strictly as my "secretary"/to-do list manager only. Smashing and double tapping the like button.
Thanks Tyler! Yes I used to separate the two as well then I came up with a system that allowed me to transfer items from one to the other for more "efficient processing" It's definitely not a fancy system but I've found it to work wonders for me!

looks cool buy I try to avoid having too many tools, currently, Gmail, Tasks, Calendar and Sheets are enough because they integrate so well.

I realized 2 templates were confusing people so I just left the one. The master page is essentially an empty page haha, super easy to create
