In Brazil, Citroen support and sales are horrible.I am waiting for my car 55 days and I haven’t been invoiced yet. The deadline to deliver the car is next to be finished at plus the support doesn’t give me an answer. It has been one week already. I was. It’s very frustrating to push the first new car and has a company that does not guarantee customer satisfaction

I am the proud owner of Citroen Xsara Picasso. I recommend everyone to stay away from Citroen cars. This car is sucking life out of me everytime I try to fix it.

415 is far too low.
I can tell you i wouldn't want to have a bigger battery, weight, better charge times, makes the car cheaper to buy , and more efficient. not everything needs to be big and heavy to be sufficient.
Save your money and stay away from Citroën!!! I bought a Grand Picasso C4 and had to throwbot away because of the Puretech 1.2 motor. Citroën couldn't care less... Citroën never again!
The main issue is Citroën's lack of respect for drivers. Most clients don't buy cars like shoes, in my case I have invested money and trusted Citroën as it used to be a trustworthy name between car builders, sadly I was wrong, the "official" garage here in Switzerland didn't change the belt because it wasn't necessary...it was perfectly well... a couple of months later it was completely the opposite. They offered me an used motor for almost 7.000 Swiss Francs without accepting any responsibility whatsoever for the belt that was ok and suddenly died...
That's why I strongly discourage anyone looking for reliable cars to buy a Citroën.
A 1.2 Pure Tech motor on the Grand C4 Picasso?????? Are you serious???
@giorgiogaleazzo1669 it was OK for a family car while the belt was new...then the nightmare started
@@Carozoynarizota ok, now it's more realistic. PureTevh got big issues in the past, not only Picasso.
@@Carozoynarizota so you didn't change the belt in time, because some dumb mechanic said "it wasn't necessary" and you blame the company? Everybody knows how essential is to change oil and belt to make 1.2 last 150-200k km. Used motor - wtf what kind of official dealer does this. If you have the paperwork that they suggested not to change the belt, than you should get a new engine under waranty. Your story doesn't add up somehow 🤔
