watching this brought back fond memories of playing the online flash demo for this when i was very young, and soon my brain instantly locked back onto the rhythm of PON PON PATA PON and i was so quickly ready to play this game and march and attack to the rhythm. amazed by how quickly this games beat hyponotizes me.
Renting a location, renting all the equipment, building the robots from scratch, renting trucks to transport all the equipment, salaries for operators, clowns, cameramen and technicians, full stream set-up for all of that. Plus, most of this stuff is niche, so it costs more, in general. I don't think he overpaid for what he got. I just think the cost of these things is hard to imagine, if you've never organized something like that before.

I have some faith. They seemed to get interested in re-releasing Patapon 2 after 1 so, hopefully Patapon 3 will come to the PS5 with proper multiplayer online stuff and then Patapon 4 might happen. Maybe then we'll get a Patapon 4 announcement.
