Hi Joel so firstly it took me about 5-6 months to grow my hair out to this length Your hair grows on average an inch a month Secondly I showed my barber various pictures of elvis from the front, side and back The actual haircut is called a long trim side part pompadour with a ducktail/duck's ass with a square neckline Thirdly the back starts at roughly ¾ of an inch to an inch at the neck and gets longer as you go up to about an inch and a half to two inches maybe The sides need to be at least 3 inches I would say
