I feel even worse. My mom's funeral was 2 days ago. I feel so exhausted and still have to get a Christmas tree and shop for Christmas. I have some shopping done, thank God, but want to make Christmas for my family still. I'm focusing on not having things perfect (especially since we are still renovating half our house from a flood 1.5 years ago. Just some Christmas, hopefully next year I will feel much better. I was up to 2 minutes on the trampoline. I'm going to start back at 30 seconds today. It might help me feel better. Doing the tree, shopping, and wrapping, I will try to have the mindset of I love this time of year and these are enjoyable activities with the family. Thank you for your videos.
I think you need to give yourself a break and breathe. I would advise maybe a short gentle walk or sitting in nature. Rather than bouncing on a trampoline..especially as your still in the throes of grief..which can massively impact our fatigue levels..
Thank God you guys are out there doing what you are doing 🙏 I have craved and needed movement my whole life, if I didn’t have a plan or program of movement through my days, I’d be joining your program right now. Structured Movement is the only way to progress from this crazy condition, with the right prescription and the right prescription is the Key 🙏
I am Truly Grateful for your reply and Your words will give me added strength on the Dark days that are still to come and go as they do, especially when I am in a new Healing Cycle 🙏 Like You, I Believe I can Recover, I Believe I am Recovering and I Believe I will Fully Recover 🙏
I once had a terrible experience at physical therapy. A 20 year old assistant insisted that I, 67 years old, must do planks in order to strengthen my core. I’ve never done planks, even at 20 years old, and I’m in pretty constant pain. It’s like they never even looked at my chart. When I tell people that I have cronic fatigue syndrome, well, you know what happens.
What if you can’t even walk ?? How can you progress? The goal is to take few steps . Goal is to stay awake all day without resting. You guys are talking about strength training! You are making me feel hopeless

I was wondering today if I should just quit life. Then I found this video and this channel. I want to live.
One of the best videos I have seen 🙏🏽
Steph our movement coach is amazing! She had and recovered from CFS so she knows what she's talking about. Plus she's an exercise scientist! 😊

Great conversation and you really understand how to help people with CFS. Keep up the amazing work.
@@treadlightly3359 we sure do! Most of our team here at CFS Health have had CFS and recovered, that's why we understand. 😊
I am finally accepting where I am at as much as I hate it-started to ride my bicycle at 5 minutes and working my way up but not pushing.
Thank you for the information.
Our pleasure!
Thankyou Steph and Toby…..GOLD GOLD GOLD❤
@@elainemartin9654 always with Steph!
