Cape Verde 2024

Cape Verde is one of my top three favourite places to Windsurf in the World and I feel lucky to spent a lot of time in these incredible waves. These edits are from Ponta Preta, a perfect right-handed well-known in the windsurfing world, it is a clean barreling wave that breaks very close to rocks in all sections and ends with a heavy, short break. Thanks to all the people who filmed the footage.

great video!! cape verde looks amazing. im thinking of going to Boa vista. With which airlinedid you fly? and how was it to fly with windsurf gear?

I came with Swiss/Edelweiss from Malaga/Zurich/Sal. There is a direct flight with Easy Jet from Lisbon now, also TAP has direct flights daily. I booked a ticket with 2 bags included, for the board bag a paid 200 Euros, bags less than 2 m and 23kg are accepted as normal luggage
