Me too Kenny, if I use a tach I stay between 500-1000rpm below max. Good video!

I started at 1-1/2 turns out for the hi and lo mixture screws. It didn’t take much to get them at the right rpms. Ironically when I removed the limiters each screw was only 1/2 turns out. Waaay too lean.

Great video Ken mate. Nice bit of kit that tach is also might I add ! The unedited, raw content if you like is better in my opinion as the viewers see what your doing in “real time”. Good work mate. Take care 👍🏻

This is truly why I like Ken and why his subs continue to grow in number / he is honest …..and that is very rare in the line of work we do. Most shops just wont to get you in and get you out …….they wont pressure or vac test equipment like they are supposed to do ….Nor will they use a tac …..Ken I have no doubt puts his best foot forward so to speak and truly puts real effort with proven positive results in the equipment he repairs . { Keep up the good work Ken ] Excellent video ..

Thanks Kevin. You are like me in that you speak and tell the truth, no BS! If the equipment is AFU, tell the customer that!

I started out with a Treysit Sirometer myself. Still use it once in a while. Great tool that works even on electric motors by vibration. Thanks for watching!

An old Stihl tech once told me give yourself 1000 rpm “insurance” on high revving 2 strokes. I agree

I just wish the squirrels and chipmunks wouldn’t eat the bulbs. I’ll have to store them in the basement this year as they are killer colors and a great price!
