Yep I’m going to need a drone 😂😂 those are some awesome drone footage, I love going through Mexican hat you guys should check out the dollhouse in that area great rock formations ok 👌🏼🔥🤠🔥Camping Russ out
Omg we camped in the EXACT same spot in Monument Valley back in Sept. We were RIGHT THERE. so amazing to watch your video and remember that amazing spot.
Great film work and story telling you guys! Love watching your epic trips! Daughter Peggy and I did a three week dad daughter trip to Arizona, Utah, and Colorado. Loved Utah, Bears Ears National Monument is unbelievable!
That's cool 👍 video. Perfect 👌 driving wonderful places. Thanks for showing us the out standing location 👍 through you. Be safe and sound. Keep going.god bless you all.
i feel i go everywhere with you all time when i watch your videos and the story till now of Shaun video........m so appreciate with you all from Cambodia
Love the drone shot at night with all the lights shining bright on each rig! And such soothing music. Sunday morning inspiration. Thanks EFRT fam! 🙏 And Merry Christmas!!!🎄
Great video! The drone shots are absolutely fantastic!! In the last weeks i looked every day a video from you and it makes me happy to see you together as a Family and to see you're epic trips!!!!! Thank you for this! Best greetings from Bavaria! Olli
I missed Valley of the Gods, Mexican Hat, Lower antelope canyon and Horseshoe bend. That was our very first off-roading trip in 2018 Subaru Forester, at the time awaiting for our Jeep JL from the factory in 2019. Because of the limitation of the stock Subaru, we did not go far. That was our 3rd transcontinental trip between CA and Upstate NY. I wish I could take the JL to the west in the future.
When I see Lando running out in front of the vehicles, I can’t help but remember many years ago when I was a teenager and was a helper for cutting up and loading firewood. On one particular weekend we woodcutters were in two vehicles driving out some distance from town to find dead trees close to the dirt road and we came up to the leading vehicle that had pulled over. He had accidentally run over his dog which had suddenly darted in front of his truck. He was nearly in tears as his hastily buried his dog under a bunch of boulders. I had completely forgotten about that but whenever I see Lando running out in front I feel some anxiety. I know that it is highly unlikely to happen to him and you have to let dogs run their happy hearts out. But still … I just feel a little nervous about it.
Lando seems like he's got the hang of not running in front of the truck - I'd be worried with my collie because she's got the instinct to 'cut' in front of my bike because of the herding instinct. I'll have to try on an empty trail one of these days to see if she can do it safety
Same anxiety feeling here. We lost one of our farm dogs that way when something spooked from beside the trail and she made an error in her reaction to jump to the safety of her handler who was driving a piece of machinery. She had been running with us for over a year. First time she had gotten spoked, unfortunately her last
Your first video we watched was in GooseNecks State Park where we visited a few years ago. Also, the Valley of the Gods is amazing. We'd have been back for a longer stay if it wasn't for the current pandemic. There's great food at the San Juan Trading Post by the river near Mexican Hat. Have a great Christmas and New Year from England.
My trip to Valley 9f the Gods was poorly timed. It was soooo fraking hot! It was miserable stopping anywhere. Lol! I won't go in June again! But, I will go in a cooler, dry month! I really liked Mexican Hat. The people were so nice!
Being back to work and putting my adventure dreams on hold for a while, it's so wonderful being able to keep my dreams alive by watching your fantastic content. Thank you all for all you do and sharing it with all of us.

I love watching your journey but I think it would be great to see a little less driving and lots more of your actual camping etc. still great to watch ❤️
i can't keep up with you guys. It seems you are either in california ,Utah or somewhere else every day. You guys are everywhere. Perhaps its the release of the videos from Trail recon to other youtubes and yourself but man you guys are busy. But love all the videos
Thanks for another inspirational video! I always love when Lando is leading the pack, and those night shots of him this time were pure gold. Thanks for sharing parts of your adventures with all us of, I look forward each week for the latest installment. Keep doing what you're doing, much love, and Merry Christmas!
Also forgot to mention the iconic view driving south from Mexican Hat known now as Forrest Gump hill (it can also be seen in Thelma and Louise movie) and is a view of the beginning of the Monument Valley.
Another documentary, why don't you talk to each other an explain your trip, like how you feel about your trip, the ups an downs of it. It would be much better.
It’s unfortunate that Epic Family rode through the Monument Valley, but failed to identify the iconic rock formations such as the east and west mittens, the chief, the prince on the throne, saddleback butte, the three sisters, etc. There are also iconic vistas where John Wayne shot a few of his western movies, and a lodge near Monument Valley with a museum dedicated to J Wayne that shows reruns of his movies shot in and around the valley.
Awesome, can't wait. Just in time for our morning coffee. Have a great day guys. Cheers Carolyn and Mike.

Your camp spot doesn't lack for WOWS!!
The scenery is amazing. The drone footage really captures how the landscape even dwarfs the Jeeps. Always so rad to see collabs!

That shot with the chunk of ice was so neat. You guys don’t skimp on the details and it shows in the video quality.

You will love the valley of the gods. Keep on adventuring!

Must of been a cold night sleep, no wind protection on that plateau, OMG 😃 but breath taking.
Yes it got cold out there overnight. Luckily not too windy.
I enjoyed watching this epic family road trip.
Awesome as always! Stay safe out there. Happy Holidays!
Amazing drone footage and episode. Great to watch from Australia 🇦🇺. Thanks to Trail Recon for the introduction .

And him not seeing an oncoming vehicle in that terrain.
