Skyward Sword is pretty good to. If you don’t mind paying money for a Wii U and windwaker HD then that would probably be your best bet, who knows when / if they will port windwaker to switch.

I understand fans who played the Wii U Version of Wind Waker like this more than the original composed music as I know many who like the HD music more haven’t played the original version from Gamecube. There’s a few Zelda fans of this generation who don’t understand playing the Gamecube version meant a lot to us true gamers as Zelda fans growing up that really takes us back to our childhood knowing how nostalgic the original composed music was being so great. This version here I’m listening to is indeed one of the few decent remakes I’ve heard as it fits perfectly for all the new fans but nothing beats the original, no offense, but the Gamecube version of Wind Waker’s music is forever the best..
