If I can add, Windfall has a small bit of Kakariko in it - I always took those as possible hints about how this is maybe the Hyrule from Ocarina of Time. The music tells us what’s buried under the ocean. idk if that fully checks out, but I will say that in support of this theory, Dragon Roost Island - the Death Mtn equivalent - is right next to Windfall (the Kakariko equiv)

But her leitmotif actually disappears from the music and is replaced with descending strings where it should be! I’m not sure if it’s in the video but in Liam Triforce’s ‘The Couragous Heart of The Wind Waker” he covers this fact pretty early on. It’s so subtle and I love it now that I know it!

Wind Waker was my first Zelda game ever. Despite many not liking the toony artstyle, I fell in love with it as a kid. I hope it comes out on the next console so others can enjoy it and older fans can replay it :)
I remember replaying this game, but the remake for the first time. After being so used to the Gamecube version, my jaw totally dropped at the incredible overhaul both graphics and sounds have got. I was like 'This trip down Memory Lane is going to totally rock!'.

i moved out with my friend and his fiance and her kid would watch and play this game with me we got as far as the 2nd dungeon before he kind of lost interest and I moved out shortly after moving in, but I hope he remembers the moments I tried to share with him of my childhood :)

The menu title theme brings a grown up man to his tears out of pure nostalgic happy childhood memories. My second video game was probably Kirby Superstar from NES. Mario Kart maybe the 3rd and that's where i probably started to hate racing games. F-Zero is legend though, but i hate the sand map from the NES F-Zero. Can't win this map for some reason.
