- In this video, we take a quick look at how the stock from Colorado Gun Sales fits my Swiss K31 barreled action from Hunter's Lodge and discuss the restoration path forward.
Mine was actually in really great condition, 2 small areas of surface rust that came off super fast with 0000. Dropped right into the stock with zero fitting as well.
Once again you did well brother! 👍🏻
@Michael-im1vc thank you sir, yeah, once I get the small areas of rust taken care of and fix the small chip in the stock I think it'll be good to go. Thanks for watching and sharing!
Looks like every thing fits perfect.. Thanks for showing !
@RUSTYSURPLUS you're welcome sir, now on to the restoration lol!
Well done, brother .. 👍👍
@@thewolfhunter thank you sir!
Right choice not to reblue it. You can just boil and cardio it and it will be fine !
It doesn't get much better than swiss quality :)
Oh hunters lodge . I’m still waiting for my order from
March . I emailed them a month ago and they said they would expedite my order 😂 a month later it’s still MIA
Same with me, smh.
@@Wicked505 I hear you, I placed one back in April myself, still waiting as well. I know one guy just got his after 9 months.😫
@@The_Casual_Collector last time it took 3 months but after that it’s just excessive and incompetence. After I get this order I probably will not order another one .
It'll get there. I had one that came in on May that was ordered Au 2023, another in all waiting on from Oct 2023.... the others have averaged 2-3 months.
You'll get it bro, don't worry.
Remember, you are saving a substantial amount money. Partof of that is waiting a long while lol😂
@@Michael-im1vc it’s a lot of money to wait until Christmas time
UA-cam all these commercials really get old
Great video. Would you be willing to share the names of the parts company, where you bought the arts?? Thank you. John
@johnsamson7878 absolutely, the barrel bands came from Liberty Tree Collectors, and Colorado Gun Sales has the trigger guards and stocks. Century Arms usually has the mags the cheapest.
