Wheel play settings is not necessary on clutch plate assembly operation. But definitely Clutch cable freeplay & settings is important process in clutch plate assembly operation. But in this case Clutch cable is a missing in bike so .. I didn't able to explain how to set clutch cable freeplay settings.
