ErickHill ER02 Tri-Mode RF Detector Review

This will offer close range detection of radio frequency, electromagnetic interference, and AC magnetic fields. it is a neat device but does not have the ability to calibrate the ranges against scientific or certified units. otherwise it has a nice display and does tell you if something is emitting fields over a wide frequency range.

I tested and compared the old version (RT-100) against other devices and it has it's flaws. Haven't tested this one yet, but I expect similar problems.

The different readings on vertical and horizontal are probably due to antenna polarization.
