YESSSSS Finally!!!! I'm the nerd who's been asking about this for months
Could you do a video detailing the opposite, what exercises an athlete needing more speed under the bar and more leg strength would do in a week of training?
JustinRoseFan99 that will be released next week.
yes, just what i needed 😁
Exactly what i was going to write 🙏🏽😌👏🏽
Max Aita, back at making things greata. Oh and thanks to you too Chad.
Great video & explanation. Makes complete sense.
Why are the new videos in Chad's garage? Something happen with the JTS facility?
btw, Chad's garage is the cleanest garage EVAAAARR!!!!
Thank you, JTS!
Again another professional video how to train. Thumbs up 💪😁👍. I would also like to see some advices regarding development of speed under the bar. My issue seems to be that I'm far to slow in going under the bar. Great video 👍
Could you make a video on positioning throughout the pull? Like if someone has the barbell drift forward as soon as it comes of the floor, or as if someone cant stay over the bar.
Are the percentages calculated off of what you can do in the competition lifts, or what your max is for that particular exercise? Great video thanks!
Did I see people from JT at the recent IWF meet last month or was I mistaken?
GQ7 our lifter Alyssa Ritchey made a PR total and finished 7th in 48s. Max was coaching her and we were all there watching throughout the week.
hey Max can you talk about feet movement in pulling under the bar and differences between various lifters, for instance chinese lifters sliding under the bar with not much feet movement like lu xiaojun and on the other side we have lifters that aggressively stomp the floor like apti aukhadov and mohamed ihab
At 1:28 you mention where a lifter can power more than they can squat snatch and that the reason would be they need to develop the coordination and speed to move under the bar. What are some ways to develop said speed and coordination to move effectively under the bar?
cochese95 that is literally what this entire video is about
I heard JTS closed, are you guys back on? or were you never closed in the first place?

Whats Mean Snatch Deadlift with 110% ??????
id assume it means that if you have a max snatch of 100kg do 110kg for snatch deadlifts. so 110% of your max snatch
