This week on "K-37" Kitchen, we make some delicious New York strips on the shovel! Eric told me that it was the best steak he's ever had so, they turned out alright I guess :D

Hyce seriously needs to open up a restaurant right beside the Colorado RR museum. The museum could add a spur that connects to the kitchen of the restaurant so you can back a locomotive into it

That steak looked awesome. My man you are moving up in the world, got sponsors now. I’m willing to bet a few limes you’ll be at over 100K subscribers by the end of the year if not sooner. Keep up the awesome work, can’t wait for the next recipe.
Content idea: collaborate with the museum and perhaps feature one of their recipes or somehow vice versa.

A good title is still "Cooking with Hyce" especially since he will cook on any steam engine that is ready to go... Perhaps even the Big Boy if Ed were to visit.
I still want to see you do some form of bread on a steam engine, if you don't have too much temperature control, a slight cheat with a "Half baked" bread that you finish in the smokebox for an example.
Still loved those shots at the end, at first I felt cheated we didn't get to see the entire train... Then Hyce delivered with second steak delivery.

With the fantastic way you put things to people and the stake just seals it along with the amazing guitar skills 👌 and your ability to stay true to what you do.

Two classic American staples, Beef and steam locomotives. In November 2003 my fiance and I rode up the mountain
between Cumberland and Frostburg MD, while enjoying prime rib in the dining car. It was powered by a coal fired steam engine
not currently listed in service on the WMSR website. I don't recall its number, builder, or model. Hopefully its restoration is in progress or being planned.
