In 2023, Select training programs were a huge success, delivering 12 cohorts in Crawler Cranes, Tower Cranes and Slinger Signallers. These courses have introduced 48 individuals to the industry and all cohort members represented a diverse range of backgrounds and skills, ensuring a well-rounded and dynamic workforce.
