    I was diagnosed with bilary dyskinesia. The doctors pressured me to removed my Gallbladder. I said no, changed my diet and took milk thistle and apple cider vinegar. I'm doing much better and things have normalized. Doctors never tell you about these remedies all they ever think of is surgery.

      Cause that 30 minute to hour surgery for those surgeons are nothing but their next golf set. They dont care about your wellbeing. Thwu care about how many surgeries they can knovk out and get paid. They are 'surgeons' before they are "Doctors" that suppose to rrally care about your wellbeing. When I spoke with the surgeon who wanted to remove my gall bladder, he didnt even want to hear what my concernns were nor offered other optuons that might help. He jist triednl to rail-road me into getting the operartion. American medicine is money driven before anything.

    Fresh Ginger Juice or Ginger paste mixed with a full spoon of Milk Thistle is very good for weak liver due to stress related activities or muscle strain from gym workout. Tiredness and breathing problems might be related to weakness of liver and the solution mentioned will be met with good result overnight.

      That's very exciting, all I had ever heard of is that telomeres get shorter, and that limits our health and life span. Thank you for saying milk thistle may be a telomeres activator. I'm interested in milk thistles thyroid support, so your news is a bonus!

    It sounds like there are several potential benefits so how come there are no definitive studies being conducted?

    • @brandonkelley6500
      @brandonkelley6500 6 років тому +6

      joeg816 nutrition studies are already very hard to carry out as far as controlling the variables. Not to mention the funding issue. . . Based on your statement, it's a wonder why no supplements have enough definitive studies being conducted. . . Then again (at least in U.S) why waste money on funding studies when you can still sell the supplement with vague "helps support XYZ" statements and not get in trouble as long as no specific disease is mentioned

      You can not go wrong with the benefits you are receiving from the Milk Thistle, might be better to add fresh ginger for maximum health benefits for stronger liver and less stress related effect from your activities, goodluck. It is important to share common experience of wellbeing having discovered the treatment for liver or gallbladder ailment. It works very well for me overnight with long term liver illness of sharp pain, short breathe and indigestion, even with warm vinegar after the the milk thistle and fresh ginger juice mix.
