They also provide a fund that's used to pay the award, and whatever is remaining gets split between both parties, so that even when a person loses they aren't out any money which makes it pretty easy to get people to agree to be on the show and not worry about appeals. Then there's shows that are just straight up scripted with actors playing every role for the UA-cam clicks. This particular show falls in the latter category and is entirely for entertainment purposes, though there's enough crazy lawsuits out there that they could very easily be based on real ones. The local YMCA has a pool available. They even sponsor exercise classes for seniors.
He is a Karen
@@robertnasser9937 yes he is. & I'm very happy Judge Porter made the plaintiff wear an ankle monitor & made it that the defendant's restraining order request was granted. I know this might be a fake show but either way, I learned something from it: NEVER go onto any neighbour's property WITHOUT getting consent from them!
Yes he is a Ken
@@NatashaYoungqueenofnewyork forgot the word for a male Karen, thanks
No, he's just a creep!!
Where I come from, we call awful people & idiots, "JAG OFFS".
My name's not Karen, but I do hope using the name will stop soon. There are some very nice people with the name who are being disparaged by its negative usage.
Love this Judge, we need him in Australia
Wow!! The olaintiff takes the concept of entitlement to a whole new level!!
I’m soooo proud of the judge
This Judging was Perfect!
If his Property is big enough, he should start getting Permissions to get his own Pool, if he likes to swim, but if hew doesn't, there's always public Pools, usually with Bus-Stops near them.
This lady cant have a break! First her wifi was stolen and now her pool!
Soooo, if he booted in her door and used her toilet would she be a bad neighbor for being offended?
I got sued by a guy I paid 650,000 for a cabin-nuts
Perfect example of an entitled jerk. He does not have the right to have access to another person‘s private pool or anything else that belongs to anybody else. This man needs to wake up and join the rest of us in reality because clearly he’s there’s something off about him mentally, and, he is seriously delusional if he thinks he has the right to access other peoples private property and personal belongings he’s ridiculous he’s a goofy he needs to really be embarrassed
I agree with the verdict 100%
Why does this poor young lady keep meeting these entitled idiots??????
My thoughts exactly. Last one looked like a serial killer. Now she moves out and has a new creep.
the wifi creep…
Because she is young and looks innocent so they assume they can bully her. Well done Judge.
Maybe because these scenarios are FAKE??
She's an actress.
Unbelievable, he says “he’s got to swim for his health”… that’s not her responsibility. What an entitled bully.
The judge is a legend.
@@whitemanriding yes he is.
*Mr Cohen* Brought It On Himself Swimming In *Ms Everett’s* Pool W / O Her Permission *Get Your Own Pool* ‼️
It's a tv show those are actors
Even an idiot understands the concept of private ownership. If it is theirs, they don't have to let anyone one use it, unless they want to. Maybe he should have been nicer.
You can only use your neighbors swimming pool if they give you the permission to do so & if you don't have that permission you must leave the pool or you can go to jail for a very long time
At least it wasn't the neighbor who wanted her wifi password
He makes threats against a young woman and tries to raise a mob to kick her out of the community, and now he thinks he's being treated unfairly?
She needs to put an alligator in the pool when she's not using it.
What is it with all the creepy dudes showing up at her house!?! Poor lady.
i know right!
She doesn’t get mad, she gets even.
This judge was hilarious. Love his ankle monitor solution.
This man is sick I feel sorry for his wife if he has one.
He is one of the eternal victims.
Judge is racist 😮
My exact thought!
Exactly. Always the victim, always outraged, never ashamed.
What entitlement, to think your personal things don't belong to some random neighbor you don't know.
Why don't he just fill up his bathtub and swim in it? 😂😂😂
"Everyone into the pool...cannonball!"
The sense of entitlement
That was really stupid.
Buy your own pool!!
Either all these cases are fake or this town is extremely screwed up! Check what's in the water cause these people are nuts!
They are in fact fake. They have to be. Many states have a no recording of cases statute.
There are stupid people like this, but they get laughed out in pre-trial hearings.
I'm inclined to believe this are ALL fake...
Well this is Florida. But seriously, of course its a comedy channel. Its a sequel to when Judge Porter was Police Captain.
It's just a show. Like tv. Y'all get a clue
@@Jannett-ik5lh Yes. For anyone wondering, the most legitimate shows set themselves up as binding arbitration and get both parties to agree to transfer their case into their court. The video description includes the names of the actors playing the roles so you'd think more people would figure it out on their own :D
Love Judge Porter, he takes no s*it from these idiots.
What kind of deluded neighbor is this? Why is it even in court? Its a waste of time!!!
well you got part of your post right. It is most definitely a waste of time. As to your first two questions: not a real neighbor. not a real court. This is acting. How in God's name is that not obvious??? I'm in awe of the stupidity displayed by all these comments. THIS IS NOT REAL.
@@G45H3R i am impressed by your assurance on a higher level of humanity
Awesome Job Judge Porter,
Love Your Show❤
Bullying women is not something that a man is entitled to as well as not their private space.
This guy's delusional!
So self-entitled.
He's just pathetic.
Conservativism.
Narcissistic much?! Buy your own pool & stop whining about not being able to use someone else's!!
It's a Federal crime to leave notes in her mailbox.
This has to be fake. Surely people aren't this dumb
Yes, I think most of the people in this chat are that dumb for not recognising these are actors playing a role for entertainment.
Obviously, this is fake. No judge stores ankle monitors with him behind the bench. What I'm not sure is fake is the comment section. Are there actually this many people who think this is real?
Thank you I did not know that for sure but figured it had to be!@@Victoryshout_nz
Lol, definitely fake
Unfortunately, there are entitled folks in this country and the world
