- The Allan ESV SCR has been hotly anticipated for many years, and now it’s finally here. Several color options are already sold out, but there are a few options left at Bibles Direct.
Several have mentioned how huge this one is, so I compare to some other bibles that have similar layouts. Is it truly that massive? Check it out and see.

Very nice Bible. Love the blue gilding. My favorite feature is NO GHOSTING. Bibles nowadays are getting a little worse and worse with ghosting. I do like the ribbons and the spine. Great video!!!

I bought the red leather One from Allan. I really like. For me it’s a bible I would carry but good one to study out of. I paid $295 and shipping was free
Excellent review. I’d be curious if you are able to compare this to the Schuyler Stridon. They just opened preorders for the ESV (NASB has been out a while). My understanding is that one is 28GSM paper, but also 10pt font, verse-by-verse with cross references and about 1 inch margins. Pics look gorgeous, but these Allans are obviously gorgeous too. Thanks again for the time doing these… very helpful!

That's true. I used to have the lockman NAS '95. I really liked it but I prefer a large print personal.
