What a great interchange! I think its a great idea to go a bit overkill for the start of your city because then you can focus more on expansion and not have to constantly worry about how traffic is getting into your city. Thank you!
Thank you. I'm with you on that one. I think one of the most common mistakes you see is a city start with a road going straight into a t-junction or something similar. These folks end up spending more time trying to fix the traffic issues rather than cracking on with their build. 😁 Taking a bit of time to get off to a good start goes a long way.

CAn't wait for CO to release the 'Intersection Editor' for CS2. I can't bear making complex interchange builds and having to do it all over again when I want another one :(
Yeah, need to get round to getting mods installed. Just need to get my saved games in order before using them, really can't risk them breaking a game save. Ducksinarow and the fully grown trees one will be the 1st ones I install. 👍
Love the idea, but I think such a massive intersections is a bit overkill for the early stages of the game. Still looks amazing. Have you explored how this can evolve once you unlock road services and highways? Does upgrading it to highway-roads break the interchange in the later stages of the game?
Oh, it's definitely overkill for early game 😁 but of course, you can stop at any stage. Each individual stage is definitely a decent starter interchange in its own right. You can upgrade the main road to 4 Lane 2 way highway no problem, it's actually slimmer than the road in the video as there's no sidewalk. If you wanted dual 1 way highways, then you'd need to rebuild most of the lower section. Looks like there's space for it but I dunno for sure. 👍
When creating the tutorial, did planting take 90% of the time?) I hope the developers will add functionality for the decor, at least at the level of modification of the line tool

The first few steps seem completely unnecessary. You can start the build just before the stage where he uses the complex road tool End result is beautiful though.
