I'm in the market for a larger home so I'm really happy to see that you've made one that focused on 3,000+ sq. ft. My favorites, in order, are Oxford, Shelton and Bristol. It was difficult to put Bristol third because it's a fantastic house that's made excellent use of its 2,550 sq. ft. It almost makes me wish I was looking for a size that size. I didn't count Ashford in the mix since I didn't see a model. I'll go online and see if I can find the floorplan for it. Thank you so much, Mike, for the video.

Ya, I definitely wouldn’t be down for the commute, but there are surprisingly a lot of people who do it! I have a neighbor who drives down to Coronado every day.
Yeah the traffic to and from OC, LA or SD is just horrible no matter how you spin it. The only way to avoid it is to work remotely or have a 6am-2pm shift

Thanks for providing the information. I'm looking but $750,000 does not get you much in LA (Pasadena) area.

Well a lot of people living in these areas and in the inland empire in these communities most likely work in or around near L.A. or Orange County.
