Oreck Orbiter VLM: my process for cleaning trashed carpet.

- This job shows the capabilities of the Oreck with simple but effective chemicals. You whatever chemicals that clean carpet, but make sure it has peroxide in it for these tough jobs. Also, having a Vapor steamer is of great importance as well. You never know. Simple vlm tools made this carpet look amazing. Anyone can do this!

When do you use VLM vs CRB? I was thinking of purchasing Sebo Duo for our carpets, but now I'm wondering if I might need this Oreck Orbiter. Or Both?
You don’t really need a crb. The Oreck is just fine. A crb doesn’t extract the water soluble soil because there’s no bonnet. The brush attachment on the Oreck will suffice.
I feel the Oreck is much more versatile in regards to being able to clean tile & grout, concrete, heck I even stripped and waxed and office with the Oreck. I just bought a second one because of how well they work.

@@oscarpadilla7642 Grandi groom rake. You can buy them on Amazon. It took roughly 2 hours

What did you mean by "grooming?" What did you do to help the carpet dry faster?
Used a carpet rake. Grooming is when you use a brush to spread out fibers to make them dry faster
Do you use a rinse to neutralize after you are finished?
No, 6 oz of this product I used has roughly a 5.5 ph. I essentially neutralized the carpet from the previous truck mounted HWE cleanings.
Did you use the steam cleaning?
Just vlm. Steamed some of the stains though

What a difference! How do you clean the carpet edges at the bottom of the baseboard? They are so hard to get to.
You can use an oversized bonnet. For filtration lines you can use a grout brush like a grout demon.

You have to start somewhere. Get started and buy more machines as you progress

You can do both. I prefer after though.
