@@Zabby blue channel cat atleast gives 220xp at 32lb and $1000. 44lb sturgeon was 589xp and $2052. Trophy northern pike 21lb gives 458xp and $1641.. you do the math
@@Jreichh Gotta catch the Trophy cats and also the pike die out way quicker than these. It's also nice cause you can do pike during the day then these at night
Even though zabby is a small UA-cam channel right now it's always good to see the people comment and reply to your stuff it brings joy to a lot of people keep up the great work dude
Many of your videos have been a very big help and have brought me back into the game. But I have learned that, while going for the bigger fish, if you drop your anker to stop then lift it before you cast, the fight isn't as hard or long but the XP is pretty much the same. Works great for sturgeon in California
First time I casted here with your suggested setup I caught a 74 pound unique blue catfish. Thank you for the tips. The bottom feeder DLC is definitely worth it for this rod/reel.
10:00 you can make the same amount of money and xp catching stripped bass, steelhead, and salmon at San Joaquin as that and you can do it twice as fast.
Thanks for this video. I was trying out the spawn sack after level 39 and it's pretty much only getting me brown trout ... thinking for xp purposes you're better sticking with the large cutbait if anyone else is wondering about trying that.
Hahahaha..best part of vid.....when you fast forwarded it ,it looked like you was having a seizure lol( no pun to epilepsy ppl) lol but anyways thanks zabby love all your vids and you've helped us so much and I thank you sir..
Hey Zabby, you've been a great help getting me through quarantine and now a wrist surgery, lots of downtime lol...can you explain tackle boxes and how you acquired such a huge (156 slots) backpack storage...hope your move went/is going well!
The weight on the bottom rods is to high! Less weight on the sinkers would be perfect. But i like youre channel. Interesting and full of tips. Subscribed!👍
Is the smaller rods worth the extra time to reel in for xp. You could get maybr 2 or 3 other fish with better rods with lower xp but overall would be higher because of the number of fish coming in.
Ill try sturgeons tho they only offer 100$ per kilos while wallys still offer 190-200$ per kilos. tho the only good is that this can fill your net really really fast.
Zabby rank exp you see on people Names after there level. You can see it on your profile to. I’m unsure how they earn it and no one can really tell me how to earn it. I thought it was through tournament but it’s not.
Hey dude I just subbed I was wondering if you could help me with some things 1.)how do I earn money for the game 2.)how do I use the spinners and lures I un-equip hooks and my bonnet and it isn’t available I try to use it and nothing happens 3.) I bought dough balls but I don’t know where they went it said they went to my storage but how do I get to my storage 4.) do I need specific rods for lures and shad , grub etc thanks in advance
I have a bunch of videos for each different lake, the best early game money farms are Walleye in Emerald, and Bass in Everglades. You are trying to use lures and spinners on a float setup which is why it wont equip you need to buy a spinning lure setup, there's icons on the right that show lure or float. Storage you can only access when you are not at a lake, if you by them at the lake and they go to storage its because you don't have any room, so delete something and rebuy and you will get them right away.
I think catfishing is better then muskie in this location seems better time spent, gear is important i have been bit off though i think that was muskie as i do not have titanium leaders that pair up with my lines though my bottom dlc rod has never been bit off it has 43lb line though. A note you should show the gear in both measurements to help people using non metric.
well it's not so that hard when you know that the sturgeon are in fact in the shallow part of the lake and not the deep part like the game says... thanks >.
Oops, that 13.6 kg weight line will break with the 14.5 max setting on that reel. That's a bad combination. Always always always build with Rod strength >= Leader & Line test strength > Reel max drag. Keeping these numbers as close as possible and to the minimum required for the fish and use barbless hooks for maximum XP. Of course the titanium leader will actually set the limit as these are typically too small at every level. This game loves to mess with you leaving giving you bad choices for rod, reel, line and leaders available at each level. Usually have to settle for smaller equipment due to the limited leader strength you can buy at each level. Metric unit for force is Newtons. Not sure why this game uses units of mass, ie grams, for the strength of all the equipment.
@@jaredrogers7863 neither of you is wrong. Just different set ups. He is using the max drag set up. Helps to fight fish better but is more expensive to run due to the reel degrading faster. The classic set up is the safe bet because you mitigate your reel from breaking mid fight and it’s cheaper to run but fights last longer unless you are using over leveled gear which mitigates xp. Both have their merits and draw backs. The only stupid set up is the power rod set up which will leave you will a broken rod and it can’t be fixed.
California Farm next video!
This makes almost nothing. About 9.8k for a 264.6lb fishing net. Pike is like 20k

For a heavy chaser 9' 6" bottom rod line weight 19.8 to 52.9 power X heavy what size sinker do I use I brought a couple over a once
I normally just buy a few different sizes not sure which one exactly will help you but usually I use 200 or below iirc.

Farming catfish for xp on lvl44 still good?
It's a great spot for the sturgeon, though my avatar doesn't move and the only thing I'm able to do is change the rods..... Does my head in!!! 😡
Hey all I play fishing planet on xbox rank 1 for xp at the minute but over night I keep losing points does anyone no y
Think it's 7 day leaderboards so you are losing a day where you had higher XP
Is there a particular reason you use different Bottom Sniper rods instead of just two 330's? Love your vids.
Legit been reeling in for 30 minutes
That’s why I don’t fish for catfish I just fish for pike way more fish and way more money
Any way you can float fish for sturgeon??
Yeah i've seen people do it here
I'm lvl 26 any tips for me to get good xp?
Unique Bass in Everglades, Unique Trout in Falcon just keep grinding!
Walleye in New York is the best money & xp until Michigan pike/etc then California sturgeon and huge unique carp is the ultimate cash and XP farm

actually wrong as possible. Always keep your line 1 lb or so lighter than your rod and reel, so it snaps off first and doesnt break your equipment
