You can never get tired of Dreamcatcher because they have such a great variety in their music without having to do major changes in their overall image. Their composers are geniuses.
Dreamcatcher is definitely unique, but honestly they have only been more popular for the past year or so. They have struggled a lot with keeping fans interested when they aren’t actively promoting or releasing music. There have been some crazy setbacks for them (such as losing their first win fraudulently- and they have still yet to win anything on music shows.) There is a great video that details all their struggles called ‘Dodging Disbandment and Other Extreme Sports- a History of Dreamcatcher’ which I recommend you watch if you want to learn a bit about their history. Even if you don’t want to react to non-music videos I still highly recommend you watch it on your own time. The editing and voiceover is supurb, and even though it is a long video, it is really interesting to see how hard these girls have worked and what they have overcome. They are so grateful to their fans that they have fan-dedicated songs like Full Moon. I know I would be exhausted if I were them. They released Odd Eye in late January, spent February performing and promoting it almost daily, and now March they’ve released covers, dance performances, they performed at KCON TACT (killer cover of a boy band song called ‘My House), they have a new Japanese comeback this Thursday, and two online concerts on Friday and Saturday (one Acoustic, and one rock). They are also working on new music and Dami has mentioned she has been working on a mixtape. These girls seriously need to get their first win already. I can’t think of any kpop group more deserving. Thank you for continuing to react to Dreamcatcher, I always enjoy these videos :) sorry for the essay lol.
I recommend the Sahara to you. This song is not heavy than Break the Wall, but it is definitely a rock song and catch more. And my opinion, I think You and I and Good Night will suit your taste among Dramcatcher songs. Thank you for reaction.
"Don't Light My Fire" is the best song from their Japanese release earlier today. The fusion this time is Symphonic Metal, so it is definitely worth your time to check out. There is no music video as it is a b-side but there is a video where it shows what members sing what lines and has the lyrics underneath here: ua-cam.com/video/HVg7ELM1iZ4/v-deo.html
niiiice finally break the wall! Break the Wall is a korean btrack from their 5th mini album (5th EP) "Dystopia: Lose Myself"! thanks for reacting. looking forward to more dc reactions ofc. Deja Vu is sort of a power ballad but rock? Wonder if you two will like it.
2:43 nope, this is korean release. It's included in part II : Loose my self; which 2nd part of Dystopia trilogy. 2:55 it's not like korea doesn't like rock😅 there are alot of rock band in South Korea, it's just the least genre korean expected from a girl group. Mostly prefer cutesy or girl crush or whatever the medias & big entertainment companies serve them. Kinda wondering, will you react to DC's earlier works which included in Nightmare series..?
I'm sure you've figured this out, but the megaphones are props; they feed the distorion effect through the microphone on their cheek and when they switch to non-effect voices, they use the microphone stand ;-)
I recommend their new Japanese releases, don't light my fire and eclipse, the first felt very mid 2000s rock to me, especially what I've done by LP and the second one is an actual anime opening but a full release. They dropped both the songs like 3 hours ago.
They had a Japanese release these past days, an EP with the title song Eclipse. It has a B-side called Don't Light My Fire, and I swear it reminded me of Evanescence and other similar 2000s bands. It could even fit as a Finnish/Scandinavian rock song but sung in Japanese
Also this song has a self made video(the girls made it them self) it’s very funny. They recorded it when they promoted their song. It usually back stage like their waiting room or even in their company place, check it out if u wanna laugh my favorite one is Sahara
No Captions because this is a fan loaded video and not an Official Release Video of the Concert. Yes this is a Korean Release. Yes You finally are getting the appeal of Dreamcatcher How every Title Track and even the B-Sides Don't Sound the same and there is something for everyone once you do the deep dive into their Discography and Not get Hung Up on Their Core Main Concept and Sound which is Mainly Their Title Tracks and a bit more soon their Japanese Releases because of how the Tastes of the Japanese Market is Different.
Dreamcatcher loves to keep their core sounds but still offer different sounds everytime haha..I and I think you are getting that major point haha..DEJA VU reaction next.. Thank you
I forgot to mention there are Two (2) Other Videos for 'Break The Wall' There is The Dystopia 7 Spirits Concert Footage with All 7 Members (as this one has only Six Members as Member Handong was still stuck in China due to the Pandemic at the Time) then There is The Special Clip 'Break The Wall' Music Video; which is Self Made By Dreamcatcher's Members that is Comical as it Takes the Lyrics Literally in the various scenes of the Video (Unfortunately it is another One of Thier MVs with No English Subtitles and Also features 6 of the 7 members as it was also filmed during the time Handong was away still in China) Oh and Speaking of Rock Vibes you should Really Check Out Their Japanese Song 'Don't Light My Fire' it may replace 'No More' as your Favorite DC song.
I think Dreamcatcher's "Don't Light My Fire" is as hard as "No More", hope you guys reacts to it. Here's the link: ua-cam.com/video/_r2LYookCz8/v-deo.html
Awesome thanks for the reaction. Cool now check out 'Breaking Out' Dreamcatcher's Japanese release song. Also check out AlexA - Bomb I think you will like her. She is a soloist K-pop singer from America.
@@BonkAF Oh, sorry. I saw the uploaded one, but I forgot. Check out Dreamcatcher's You and I, Good Night, Chase Me, May Day! These are Dreamcatcher's old school songs.
I would definitely not call this song radio friendly, at least not in Korea since as you mentioned the Koreans don't like rock so much and this song come on the "Dystopia: lose myself" album and not on a Japanese album, we can assure that there will always be at least one song that you love from them, you just have to give them the opportunity, I particularly love this type of rock
I have compared Dami with Mike shinoda in the past, no others rappers in the kpop industry have a rock track behind them(at least that I'm aware of) Plus Dami writes her own parts, and she also composed, she has a solo track call "Once upon a time"
Why did you say nothing about JiU. I'm quite upset, say something nice about JiU lol Also of course they have songs for everyone, why didn't you know this? You should have already known that, you've heard nine songs now you should know everything about them! HAAHAHAAHAHAHAHA
You can never get tired of Dreamcatcher because they have such a great variety in their music without having to do major changes in their overall image. Their composers are geniuses.
the new Japan Bside "Don't light my Fire" is an instant classic metal ballad.. check it out when it's hot!!
Surely, they are one of the best singers in the world as well as K-pop ! 😍 Thanks.

Their new song "Don't light my fire" dropped today, and while it isn't as metal as No More, it's Japanese and more rock, also very powerful vocals!
"and there was no one left" (special clip) - different side of dami, another side of dreamcatcher.
'Mayday' should be your next reaction by Dreamcatcher. FYI (live band)-(Insomnias). Thank you
You guys definitely need to check out their new song, "Don't Light My Fire". This song is heavy and I think you will like it.

You get so easily distracted all the time lol, talking about hair color and Lady Gaga XD

If you want to see Dami rap you should react to their cover of Bang Bang Bang. It's a live performance
The crazy element from "Break the wall" you will find in the MV. ;)

another great DC song and great vid guys!

You can see that siyeon like goddess of rock
Dreamcatcher loves to keep their core sounds but still offer different sounds everytime haha..I and I think you are getting that major point haha..DEJA VU reaction next..
Thank you
dami has been working on solo tracks, don't know when it would release though lol
Korean, not Japanese.
They also released a fun version of this, during covid. It shows them goofing around and being playful.
So, Chase Me and Good Night. The first two MVs, they go together. Good Night is both rock and crazy in the good way.
You guys should check out the version of this song they posted on their UA-cam channel. They did a self-shot m/v for it.

Ahh I was hoping this was a reaction to the mv. Even if you don’t record it, watch it, it’s funny as hell.
3:47 Didn't expect that at all XD
This is one of my favorite song of them.. ❤️❤️

Awesome thanks for the reaction. Cool now check out 'Breaking Out' Dreamcatcher's Japanese release song. Also check out AlexA - Bomb I think you will like her. She is a soloist K-pop singer from America.

Dreamcatcher 👍👍👍

Doesn't have the crazy element? That's because you didn't watch the actual music video.😞
dami cowrote this song too :)
I have compared Dami with Mike shinoda in the past, no others rappers in the kpop industry have a rock track behind them(at least that I'm aware of)
Plus Dami writes her own parts, and she also composed, she has a solo track call "Once upon a time"
You both spoke so much in the middle of the song, that you absolutely shouldn't give an opinion at the first listening.
Please react to dreamcatcher's japanese single eclipe.
You should of watched a live band one its got much more energy to it
The video they shot themselves is funny. Dunno why that wasn't suggested. And I'm convinced Rees/Rhys is Ethan Suplee's son or something... 😉
Why did you say nothing about JiU. I'm quite upset, say something nice about JiU lol
Also of course they have songs for everyone, why didn't you know this? You should have already known that, you've heard nine songs now you should know everything about them! HAAHAHAAHAHAHAHA
def not their most radio friendly cant get you outta my mind is
no more is my least favourite dc Japan release ngl. but I still like it
