I'm a Landlord. Best suggestion that works for me. In the lease set up monthly bug spraying. This way you can get in every room. Let the tenant know they will have to leave the property for 30 min. or more due to fumes. Let them know no dirty dishes, laundry on the floor, etc. before spraying. This will eliminate hoarding...
@@isaT I understand but for a Owner this will eliminate months/years of hoarding. Most Hoarders leave over 90% of garbage for the Owner/Property Management to clean. U tube Property Hoarding..👀
I'd get pretty annoyed with that honestly. I do see the other side though, protect yourself from this stuff. As silly as this sounds, a factor in me moving out of my rental and buying a house right now is my landlord coming in and inspecting something. She is totally in her right and she's improving the property so no complaints. It just reminds me that I don't have control over the place where I live (duh I'm renting, I get it) so I'm buying my next. Is that was monthly, I wouldn't have been here 3 years, that's for sure. I guess it depends on the person
Wow whoever lived there must be fried beyond recognition that much solvents would have over time poisoned this idiot surely he must be in an institution hopefully getting care. I do feel bad for the landlord but the guy must be a cabbage sad business all round.
It is mind boggling to think how much brain damage this guy would have. There is no way that any store should sell anyone that much solvent , someone knew!
OMG!!! What was he doing with the lighter fluid? Surely inhaling that much would have killed him? Or did it? It looks like a nice house as well underneath all that.
well i don't see any art work to speak of, i have a listerine drinker next door, has the freshest breath, but can't walk very well due to imbalance now, his garbage taken out weekly has more listerine bottles in then the drug store has on the shelf, so ya i'd say huffing
This could take months to clean 😞 I wonder if he gets any justice or some money back true court. Tenants can be pain in the head. It’s not theirs so they basically don’t care. But here are good tenants out there as well, but it’s like finding a diamond in a desert 🏜
L.O.L. really had the same thought, is he dead, that's alot of solvent, and if not dead, how is it the landlord didn't know this was happening, the smell alone would have alerted other tenants, that is unless the whole building is full of these creeps, i smell my neighbors laundry soap from her apartment, cant see how the tenants didn't smell this with that many cans in the rooms
wow bad. I am looking for a property. I work full time and have a baby. I left my last place in top condition vacuumed Polish belive me . what is wrong with people. how come i can do it as a full time working single mom with a baby?
Zoie everyday chick I know isn't it ridiculous and then the people who need homes and take great care of their home whether they rent or own it can't get into homes without paying a bunch of money because landlords lose trust in people.
Just because a person is an addict doesn't mean he/she was sexually abused as a child. There are many factors and reasons why someone becomes an addict.
I do recall a home bought by a family member that had hundreds of Sherry bottles hidden under the house, sheds & veranda. Good Christian Community leaders were wardrobe alcoholics LOL All 4 Litre sized too

I can't shut my mouth, l can't believe people live like that...OMG...damn homeless people live better outside then this individual... embarrassing to watch!!!

Good information. Thank you
Good on you!! You cured a mental illness 🤨

I once had a potential Landlord ask to see where I was currently living. He wanted to be 100% sure.
Who in the hell thinks it's okay to love this way? Some "people"are just disgusting.
How can people live like this?
Wow whoever lived there must be fried beyond recognition that much solvents would have over time poisoned this idiot surely he must be in an institution hopefully getting care. I do feel bad for the landlord but the guy must be a cabbage sad business all round.
I have thought that cleaning is therapy, but with this much mess, it is very daunting.
Wow the tenant had a bad sniffing problem, lots of aerosol can. I actually felt bad for the tenant. Seen what glue sniffing does to someone. Wow
What was all those bottles or spray cans. The red and yellow ones. They might have got high off it.
Matthew Gagliardi it’s lighter can fluid for putting into lighters
Be careful who you rent next time it's just a bunch of people decided to be dirty sewer rats.
At first I thought they were cans of beer oh my word it's horrendous.
How in the hell can one human being survive long enough to huff that many cans of chemicals? I mean that's countless amounts.
When you opened the front door and my eyes fell upon the inside my mouth fell open aghast !!!!!
That’s a lot of cans. Was the tenant alive when they were removed?
I thought they were drink cans but their not their lighter fluid tins, he must of been well off his face.
It is mind boggling to think how much brain damage this guy would have. There is no way that any store should sell anyone that much solvent , someone knew!
It looks like butane cans they were probably making wax or shatter
I would like to watch the inside clean out. When are you posting it? Thank you
That's not even liveable. How did he live there?
OMG!!! What was he doing with the lighter fluid? Surely inhaling that much would have killed him? Or did it? It looks like a nice house as well underneath all that.
It did kill him.
It's a phenomenon already. Maybe it is expensive to dispose garbage or there is no garbage collector.
Was he huffing paint?
kim s is that what all those cans are !? Ooomy

Huffing lighter fluid
thought it said "after tent removed from house"
What are those hundreds of yellow-red spray cans?
they are gas cans supposed to be used for refilling lighters
what are those yellow and red cans ?
I wondered the same thing. I wonder if the person or persons huffed it.
It’s lighter fluid they probably sniffed it to get a solvent high
Thanks!!

I feel so sorry.
Put you sympathy to people who deserve it not this human garbage
OMG!!!!! was he carted out of there dead??? how could 1 human being even be alive after huffing that much???? smh..........

I've seen student accomodation of about the same standard.
This can't be real. People don't live like that.

Looks like somebody missed bin day.

No excuse, but this just makes me cry. I bet he'd been sexually abused as a kid. That shit messes up some really good, kind people. Rest now.

Being a Christian does not preclude suffering an addiction. Shame on you!
