I don't get what the issue is with this channel on chelsea. Last I checked, all rival fans cry , especially this Hussain guy, that chelsea overspend on players during the transfers. They even jump to the conclusion that player A or B sucks for the money chelsea spent on him. Now the they want control the spending and you lots are here crying. Barcelona did that type of purchase for long stretches, including insane deals for Messi. Where did that land them?? Chelsea is doing the right thing, in my opinion, even if Oliseh rejected us. The financial sustainability will surely catch up with every epl team. Chelsea is wise to invest in younger players. We will all wait and will see how things will go long term

Rival fans need to understand the reality that the new Chelsea management no longer signs players on high wages. This is no secret. All players on huge contracts were signed under Roman except for Sterling and Fofana who were signed in the first window under the new management when Boely was running the club singlehandedly. With the club's structure established, the new strategy is to sign performance-based contracts.
Most Chelsea fans are yet to embrace this new reality. This new management has a long-term strategy and Chelsea fans who have been desperate for short-term success are going to be frustrated. Hopefully, Maresca will have some decent success in his first season while we look forward to the long-term progress.
