Considering the evolution from the RTX2000 to the RTX3000... It was irrelevant even when cutting the chip for its added value. The only thing that surprises in the RTX4000 generation is unfortunately the 4090, where even the cut in the chip for the added value doesn't make up for it, hence the low sales. The only question left is! Do you want $1600 on a gpu? Put the real value of the same aggregate with the real and noticeable gain in durability of the graphic card. Unfortunately, the same thing will happen to the RTX4000 and the RTX2000 will remain in limbo over the years. I hope the RTX5000 comes with a boom!

I think using Ultra preset gave the 4060TI an advantage because it is a 16GB model and the textures in the highest settings need lots of memory. If you look at the PC ram instead of the vram you can see that the PC with the 3070 is using PC Ram to make up for the less vram on the 3070.
This means the performance of the 3070 system is being lowered because the system is using slower PC RAM and we can't get to see how powerful the actual chip of the 3070 is.
Now you can say. Well the amount of Vram is also part of the card. And yes it is true BUT Ultra preset is not something that most use. Sure if your card handles it easily you may use it but in general most gamers are happy using high or medium because you can't even see the difference. Especially between high and Ultra the demand rises big time while the visual difference is so negligible people can't see it.
Better for this cpu is 7700xt or 6950xt

Great showcase how nvidia tryed to fuck with us only cuz there is name on the for nvidia doesnt mean its good really last gen rtx 3070 is still great cart i have mine rtx 3070 riecently replaced with rx 7900 gre and boost in fps is huuuuge like its not even funny how mutch more fps i got rn. And for other people for love of god just dont buy any version of rtx 4060 at alll 128bit gpu nahhhhh its slow as fuck if you upgrade upgrade soo your raster performance is gonna be at least 20 percent better not just upgrade so y have frame gen and dlss 3 nahhh dont be dumb you want mutch better raster performance and on top of that comes new dlss and frame gen, or you can basicly say fuck it and buy rx 7900gre and be actually fine with it cuz this gpu is really something else better than rtx 4070 super and really comparable to rtx 4070 ti in raster performance, and if you dont care about RT you better be good with AMD cuz thid gpu really give you huge boost in fps also fun fact you can turn on fluid motion so you going to have lest say not 100 fps but 200 fps but funny enough y can also turn fsr in tandem with it sooo 400fps and thats crazy shit yes ´the fluid motion dont work that well so far but im pretty sure that new drivers fix this issue but if you doinf 3D modeling well than pick this rtx 4060ti 16gb cuz you will use all that 16GB vram bit this cart only for editing no gaming for love of god rather rtx 4070.
Once again the 4060 ti proving to be the disappointment of the generation
