- Scram 411 Hits the Mountains of British Columbia! Can it actually Scram? Turns out the Scram 411 is highly capable when it comes to offroading, sure the tires could be a little more aggressive... but as Ryan at FortNine would say, "Look at all those colours!" Follow my brother and I's little journey up a mountain in BC where he rides his Suzuki DR 650, and I test the limits of the brand shiny new Scram.
Great video! Did you made any modifications? What tires do yo use?
Can you recommend the Scram for light off-roading?
I only put the crash bars on, and bark busters. I had new tires put on it for off-roading. Bridgestone battleax ax 41. Very good tire so far. My channel has the upgrade videos too.
Hey man just got around 5k miles on mine. I threw on some shinko 705s to replace the rear which lasted about 4k on me and I've been loving the extra grip off-road. The stock tires on these definitely hold it back a little offroad. Fronts still stock and going strong I'm assuming till around 10k
Nice! Thanks for letting me know how your bike is working out for ya. These things are so much fun to ride
What a nice dr650
Oh ya for sure eh, a lot better lookin than the rider ;)
Your Scram will work much better offroad if you air your tires down to around 22-24 psi front and 26-28 psi rear. Just remember to air back up if your going to ride onroad more than a few miles.
What about the Check engine mate?
It went on, then turned it self off. Happens I think with off-road riding
