I think this is a very positive compromise considering after tickets went on sale last year ABR organisers announced restrictions for this years festival regarding Enduro machines. That decision hacked a lot of attendees off who had already purchased trail tickets even though I understand the reasoning for it. So yes a terrific announcement and I look forward to attending the event and trying out the new trail. 👍👍
Does this mean I can't take a CRF250L on the adventure trail?! I'm not an enduro or technical rider. I don't race. All I want is a steady pace with good views.
You can ride your CRF on the adventure trail - the rear footpeg rule remains in place for the Bridgestone Adventure Trail. The TRF Trail is open to all road-legal bikes
Brilliant announcement Alan. Looking forward to it 🙂

Just noticed the same question below. I've got my rear pegs, so that's me happy.
Will the tyre manufacturers be fitting tyres at the show.
There will be tyre changing facilities at the festival. Stay tuned and we will announce what tyre manufacturers will be there
@@ABRmagazine it would be nice if Dunlop and Michelin are there
Well done Alan and all at ABR for the effort in trying to keep all riders happy.
I’m a bit confused, does this mean I can’t use my crf250 on the longer Bridgestone trail?

Great, so my road legal CRF250l with rear pegs can use both. Thanks
