In the game, Batman’s eyes go white when you use detective vision so I guess that’s what they’re going for here- the little change also further differentiates this release from the previous Arkham Asylum version. Arkham city is like one of the only games I play these days so I feel the need to get this Batman figure even though it could be a lot better
I got so excited seeing the Hasbro reveals of figured with decent paint and new sculpt pieces, and then I'm reminded that everything McFarlane does is unique sculpt, just as much paint, comparable articulation, and more plastic for the same price or cheaper. These are the same price as the revealed retro figures and come with a big ole baf

McFarlane consistently makes both great and terrible figures at the same time where as hasbro consistently makes mediocre figures with a few jems here and there. The amount of McFarlane figs with terrible proportions is ridiculous though

Besides riding too high, I also hate that the diapers do not match in color to the torso and legs. I get it's different plastic but it is usually way off. And Holy crap Catwomans caked the fuck up haha. Excellent vid bro!
I got them all including new the joker Arkham City; I never got the previous releases as they never attracted me before. But this wave is perfect for the price, the sculps, the paint and characters. Solid 9 out of 10. I wish Grundy was bigger and Batman had bigger mucle legs and a wash on the belt, besides that its perfect. I have put my DC Direct AC Hush and Mr. Freeze next to these, and they absolutely perfect fit together. I think this wave will be a smash hit to Mcfarlane I hope he considers doing a Wave 2 with at least: Harley, Two-Face, Poison Ivy and The Riddler. Great review as always Shartimus 😀

Yeah Grundy was 2x the size of Batman and Joker Titan was 3x the size. It's crazy that people want 14 inch Grundy and 21 inch Joker to scale with 7 inch McFarlane Batmans.
No fisted hands are always the worst thing about McFarlane Toys DC multiverse! They've given us a couple of gun packs. Now we seriously need a fisted hands (pretty much all Batman) pack! I would say lol, but I'm not really joking
Solomon grundy should've been a megafig. Hes waaaaaay to small. The legs on catwoman are way too long. Similar to the movie wonder woman. Who's approving these design choices?
These would be south better if he (Todd) just believed in interchangeable parts. I mostly just mean fists for the Arkham figures and guns not in a accessory pack.
Also, for my ranking of this wave, I will definitely rank...... 1. Arkham City Batman because he looks awesome to me 2. Catwoman because she looks awesome and kicks ass 3. Penguin because he is another one of my favorite Batman villains 4. Ra's Al Ghul 5. Solomon Grundy
The ears on the Arkham Batman's mask are super long. It works works for the game, but I absolutely HATE the look for an action figure that's going to sit on my shelf. I may cut mine down when I get it.

When I heard they was doing arkham City I got really happy as it's my favourite of the Franchise but when I saw batman I was feeling a mix of confusion and disappointment. Happy with the Asylum one, feel no need to get this batman, the rest of the wave looks great especially Penguin. Catwoman seems a little held back from what we get in the games, as to be expected.

Batman kinda sucks. All of it is basically reuse from the Asylum figure even though it’s not even accurate. The belt is inaccurate, the boots are inaccurate, the logo is a bit off and the eyes are white. Not a fan.

I prefer having the white eyes, it fits him more and the previous eye paint on Asylum was so bad, probably why they didn't add it.

They reused the Batman Arkham Asylum mold just with the white eyes.
The other issue is that Solomon is smaller than Bane.
