I'm one of the weird people who has a tendency to thin blood! Luckily I took care of my mom 24/7 and we had to watch her vitamin k so it helps me to eat salads and greens. But what's it called.?
The animal fats? What about the trans fats that have been created by the food industry? What about the high consumption of sugar and refined carbs that will turn into triglycerides, which is fat? What about the lack of regular exercise, tobacco smoking, alcohol or drug abuse, and high stress? The animation is nice but the information about what causes it is really poor, vague, and misleading. No wonder, with information like this and even with "medication", the heart diseases are growing and growing over the years.
