I have tears in my eyes as I am writing this. I just got over a bad anxiety spur. I was sitting amount friends but no one there felt a friend to me. We were laughing and enjoying but I was just having such a hard time keeping my thoughts together. I felt very dumb and stupid and didn't want to be there at the moment. But man does this song help. I have been listening to it on repeat and my anxiety isnt there in this moment. Sometimes I feel so much like a fake and inept. Even though its all in my head it really makes simple things difficult. September 5th 2019 (8 days after my birthday), it had been almost 2 months since I moved in to a new apartment with my girlfriend. this was the day she said good bye to me and I was proper heartbroken. This man literally changed my life and this track is one of the main reasons I ended up changing myself and discovered who I really was.
