Most mixed kids look like their parents. The mixed race girl and her mother in the hijab had many similarities features wise e.g. eyes, lips and smile etc. The only reason people think mixedrace people dont look like their parents is because they are too stuck on skin complexion or hair texture rather than bonestructure and other features. A lot of black kids dont look like their black mom/dad but people would still think they do simply because they share the same skin tone or have the same hair. Halle Berry and her mother. Tamera Mowry and her son. Barack obama is another crazy example for me because while many people say he looks like a "black man" i was shocked when i saw the foto of him and his grandfather. Different bonestructure on the bottom half but very similar. But the Mazelee family on UA-cam is an even better example. Alena second daughter shares her bone structure, eyes, nose, smile but it goes unnoticed because of her skin colour. Instead, viewers call the eldest daughter the mothers twin, simply because they are the same race and skin complexion yet they share less in common feature wise.
@@adorali727 I have seen some mixed kids that look nothing like their parents. And the only thing that they have that is similar to one of their parents is the skin colour.

I'm always surprised at how little white people seem to be able to identify themselves.

@@SuitManProductions why would you get backlash for that? I would've picked her too because she looked the most gay (not in a bad way)
@@SuitManProductions lol i'm a lesbian and immediately would have gone for her too. nothing to be offended about

Im not sure if he ever will see this but Dante is seriously the best. Him mentioning the struggles of being mixed is beyond appreciated. Its nice to feel seen. Representation matters.
I saw this.... Thank you. I am a comedian and producer
I just looked at which momma smiled the hardest whenever their babies came up and I got em all right 🤣 cheating but momma's are usually proud of their babies for simply existing and it's adorable lol
I love how she explained the kids are cute but she doesn't want to raise them. 🤣
I also loved that she pronounced the Asian Latino boy’s name correctly, she didn’t say Thomas she said Tomás
“Your hair is what we would consider black-red”
“Is that a compliment”
“…no just a fact” 😂😂😂
That was an unnecessary comment. She made him feel really insecure. Why call it out and then leave him flat?
@@srodriguez721 I thought it was pure comedy, lol sorry not sorry

I really loved this episode and i'm guessing its the kids energy that did it.
They seem so free, unbothered and unrestricted unlike adults who would try to maintain some form of composure
Dude, Daunte needs to do voiceover work or something. His voice has such rich character to it. Loved this episode!
I have been trying
@@SuitManProductions omg it's really you!!
I just noticed that at 5:42 when she says "No" to "is your mom a good cook" not only does the real mom's eyebrows go up, but the kids to her left and right both look at her
Frankie: Uhhh she’s really nice, and she cooks good food…
Ethan: [whispering] That’s really hard, because they all look nice…
When she said that they chose an Irish donor with red hair and freckles- AW THATS SO SWEET
I read that sperm banks are no longer accepting male redhead donors.

I loved that they talked about being mixed and what it’s like. It’s really weird to not look like your parents or be treated differently than them. It was really nice that they found a diverse group of people that have had different experiences. I love that they were allowed to talk about it as well. The kids, parents and guessers all seemed really nice, open and genuine. They never came off as disrespectful. As someone who is mixed, it’s kind of nice to know that I’m not alone in the weird struggles of being mixed.
This was a great episode. Please bring these guessers back!
Thanks. Being mixed it made it harder but easier to ask some of these questions
I kinda hate that today you can't ask about so many things because you can be accused for racism, sexism and 10 other things
@@adorali727
I have seen some mixed kids that look nothing like their parents.
And the only thing that they have that is similar to one of their parents is the skin colour.
@@RmX. bro what?? how would asking someone abt their ethnicity mean you’re accused of sexism? what a reach.

The Asian kid literally looks exactly like his mother. He's also still got a lot of Latin features so before he said anything he struck me as Filipino. I'm Black and my husband is white German, my son looks like a fair skinned version of me and people literally always dismiss me or say he "looks just like Daddy." I'm always surprised at how little white people seem to be able to identify themselves.
So they don't recognize he's white or do they? Also it's not our fault we're taught one-drop rule so that any PoC admixture makes someone just that race.
the asian kid is my friend. i saw it an thought i was tripping for a second

The little girl saying I have 2 moms and no dad was actually a little heartbreaking. She should know the truth even if he was only a donor.
