Glad you liked it my friend, the comb pick's is because you said you did not have a set of Them and i only send you the one for 7 pin locks so i gave my own set so now you have a set to Play with, so if i wanted to modify one of these as a sort of Challenge lock i could cut some false gates around the inside?
Thanks a lot again for your kind gifts - lots of fun with your package. And yes, one can try to put some false gates inside to make it harder. I tried that once with a bike lock but the result was a couple of extra 10 sec for the decoding. More valuable would be better tolerances.
Tried your challenge lock - man, this was a fun one ;-) Took me 20min to get it picked - WOW. Deep false sets but then no feedback anymore. Well, have to see if I can replicate the second try on camera ;-) Thanks for the fun challenge - so cool :-)
Now I gutted it after picking on camera - I was quite surprised to see what "pins" you put inside. The video will be published probably next weekend or so. Thanks again for the cool lock my friend.
Very interesting watching you decode these locks. Seeing the internals helps to visualize what's going on inside the lock. Thank you for this video, cheers matey
The shackle is so soft, and only go in about 1 mm, so to get it off the hasp, you can just twist it. I did that a while ago, when I had one failing in the wild, and didn't have time to decode it.
In a package from 'lockmania' I received a combination lock to decode. I used the chance to show how these locks come apart and explain the guts.
Nice disassembly of 4 digit pad lock, Thanks ❤
Very interesting seeing it apart, cool video Potti. 👍👍👍🧡
Thanks - glad you liked it.
Another wonderfully skilled decoding, my friend :-)
Thanks mate - I just love combinations locks :-)
Nicely done, good job! The gutting was really interesting, thanks alot!
Thanks, glad you liked it.
Great video as always, great picking and very interesting gutting, I love to see the guts of the padlocks ;o))
Thanks for showing my friend ;o)))
Thank you mate :-) Yeah, great to see these things in person - that't why I like to open also those locks that are not meant to be gutted ;-)
That was great! Thank you for sharing your skills!
Cheers and thanks for watching - well, this lock is not really difficult ;-)
Cool little lock, thanks for the video.
Cheers and thanks for watching.
Another great job my friend👍😊👍😊😎✌

Thanks buddy - always fun with these locks.

Good job decoding and gutting that combo lock. 👍
Thanks - that was fun to do :-)
Brilliant video buddy. I have never thought about dismantling one of these before. So cool to see how it works 👍 🔐
Great to have shown you something new - thanks for watching buddy.
Sweet, I've never seen the inside of a this type of combination lock :)
good show!
Thanks buddy - glad it was interesting for you. Gutting these locks is not so hard - reassembling is a bit harder ;-)

Yes these combination locks are usually weak construction - they are more toys for me than real locks ;-)
Aren't the false gates in the inner wheels?
Great demo again my friend. Nice to see it all pulled apart but I still don't fully understand it. :/
Thanks buddy - have you seen this ua-cam.com/video/XWaJmr81M98/v-deo.html ? This is all about how these locks work.
What technique do I use when I forgot the password with it opened?
Have you seen this ua-cam.com/video/eNhKRSqncYs/v-deo.html
These are wierd mine clicks and dropes on 3 instead of 1 it seems to give wrong feedback cicking and moving like it was the right one
This sounds like it puzzles you a bit - have fun solving the mystery :-)
