Thanks, Darlene. These are very helpful. I just started using NEO, and I notice the space bar it opens the Luminar NEO menu...sometimes. Other times it zooms in and out as expected, and sometimes it activates the Actions menu below the image in Edit mode. Furthermore, the backspace key gives me the Boop sound effect? The last issue I see is none of the eye icons work with one click. I have to click and hold to activate this preview feature. Any ideas?
Do you know if Skylum is aware of the Export Bug going on right now? "Edit in" and "Export To" method are not working from Lightroom. You can do the edits and then when you apply them they disappear and go nowhere.. a couple weeks ago it worked perfectly.
@@DigitalPhotoMentor when i zoom into an image.. a little hand appears to "pan" the image to the area of interest.. most softaare has a keyboard shortcut command to enable that while executing another action such as masking.. you cannot pan the image when zoomed in and masking

It is a click and hold. It is working as designed. As for the space bar, not sure. It should do what I outlined in the video.

I suggest you email them your computer info and specs - I just used it yesterday from LR to Luminar Neo and back, NO issues. Email support@skylum.com
@@DigitalPhotoMentor their forums are full of people with the same issue. I assume it’s Windows 11.
@@TaylorMadeMoment I try and avoid forums. Too much negativity. Possibly Windows 11, I have no way to check that I'm Mac.
how to undo?
There isn't undo currently
@@DigitalPhotoMentor thank you for your response.
Many of these shortcuts only seem to work on an US keyboard. I'm in Switzerland and a lot of the shortcuts described here do not work
Sorry yes it's the English version. Not sure about other languages.
where is the free PDF short cut file?

Pan shortcut? .. where is it documented... Help and forum support is horrible in Luminar
What do you mean by "pan shortcut"? Pan?

@@garyspeed8961 actually I just tried it, you don't need any key. Just click and hold to drag around the image
