Thanks Liza, I missed you.. First I dabbled in doing running, then after a long of time, I picked up it,m, sincerely I prefer it as opposed to boxing :). Once I started doing running, It inched my way into it. you cant dive right into it as any activity. You have to learn the ins and outs for example, style of running, steps, equipment and implements. Certainly, it is a journey and it is like a high where my body is like a rush. Thanks Liza fo this conversation!
