I translated the colours to gramme, so you can easily mix the colours with the developer 1:1: Roots: 6-12: 20g 0-22: 20g 0-11: 15g Lengths: 6-12: 25g 0-22: 30g 0-11: 30g Thank you so much for the detailed tutorial! I've been looking for that EXACT colour and I can't wait to try it out! You look gorgeous with it! Much love from Austria!
I am so happy I've watched your video! It help me with my colour dilemma. I think I need to bleach my hair a bit more and then apply the mixture. I love your end result x
I have had a crappy day and stumbled across this video and I have just subscribed! You made me laugh which is hard to do lately haha so thankyou! This colour is exactly the shade I've been looking for too! Hopefully mine turns out as beautiful as yours did! ❤
You're so funny, you should just do more detailed videos like this, I legit followed this video specifically and it came out se beautiful! Thankssssssssssss
@@ZainabZahidAli I'm aware I'm a couple of years late to this party, but just came across your video a few days ago and am really tempted to try it out as well. One question, if you can still remember. You had 3 formulas written in your notes, but application wise it seemed like you only ended up doing 2 of them. Is that correct? And any clue how much you'd left it on your roots before you applied to mids/ends? Thank you for the very sweet and informative video!
I am a professional natural hair stylist and educator in the US. Your video was honest and engaging. Your positive expectations definitely aided in the manifestation of your stellar results. I was super impressed with your color formula calculations as well. Beautiful young woman. Be encouraged for your future content. Shalom (peace).
I have exactly same hair, just longer .. and thanks a ton for this video... Hoping to be able to do this on my own and save a loooot of mooooney! Love how to your start the video because... A struggler here too esp at UA-cam vids 🤗🤗🤗
Hi, saw your tutorial, thanks for sharing this with us. I want to make my hair steel gray color or even your color is nice but I don’t want to use bleach. Can I mix this three colors together along with developer 10 ( I have thin hair), and put it to all over to my hair and still get the color gray? My hair is dark brown.
Hello, thank you so much. Referring to your question with my experience I think it would be highly unlikely that your hair would turn grey or even charcoal grey. It might transition to a mucky brown or blackish. Hope this helps 🖤
Hi I love the colour! You mentioned that you wanted e-1 but couldn't find it, so you used the 6-12. Do you think the effect of the e-1 would be darker? Thanks Ariela
Hi! I know this is old but in case anyone else reads this, it’s important to know you can’t just swap out 6-12 for E-1. E-1, 0-11, and 0-22 would be strange. E-1 is an extract. You are simply adding (E)xtra - 1 to your color. 1 is ash in Igora. Ash=blue/violet. Your hair has yellow, red and blue In it. If you are going from blond to dark, you only have yellow and you need to fill it with red and orange first. If not yellow + blue = green. Once you add the red to the yellow, you are ready for blue. But it’s more complicated than that of course. You want dimension and multi tones. So you should use at least two if not three formulas like in the video. So next pick your tone or level, which is the first number in the dye. That is how dark or light you want to end up. Then after the dash is what shade the dye is in that level. So 6-12 is a level 6 ash cender. Cender is also blue but less violet than ash. So 6-12 is a level 6 blue violet blue. It’s very cool. Adding E-1 would make it even cooler and the other two in the video 0-22 and 0-11 would really take it further. Very chilly/no warmth. FYI-any -11 or -22 or -12 will cancel out red and orange. They are across from them on the color wheel and will cancel out the warmth and turn your color cool. The number on the other side of the dash is simply the level. Without that number you won’t actually change your hair level, just the shade. I hope this wasn’t just more confusing.
Hailey what're your thoughts on using e1 on its own? For example on the base, if she wanted a muted matte brown for the base. Would that of cancelled the orange/red that brown hair reflects? I know it can be used as an additive, or on its own. You seem to know your stuff so thought I'd ask 😊
@@Zmom1111 Hey Lucy, I'm not the one who you asked a question but maybe I can give you some kind of help. My hair was a level 8 grey, and I wanted something a little darker and only used 6•12 and now I have charcoal hair. I love how it didn't show up blue or purle or green 🖤
You have done such an AMAZING JOB!!!!!!! also yes literally nothing is available in Pakistan when it comes to experimenting with unconventional colors. I'm so glad I found your video i was about to give up! Also could you tell how long it lasted? Plus aftercare products which you don't have to sell your kidney for. Again thank you thank you thank youuuuu for this video
Thank you so much for all the kind words, means a lot thank you! I don't have have after care products 🥺 I used a purple shampoo for a while when I had blonde hair but not for this. This color didn't last THAT long despite the claims by igora. I think you'll start seeing the fade in your third shampoo wash! Hope this helps 🥰
Hello hahahah! Honestly you can make it last as long as you want! Shampoo less or use color friendly shampoos. I mostly opt for the "curly girl method" which helps the color stay longer. The more you shower and use shampoo and easier the color will fade. In my experience anywhere between 1 - 2 month I would say 🙈

Do you think mixing 6-1 with 9.5-18 will give a sort of rosegold color? Or something cool tone rose?
How long colors stay on your hair, please UPDATE :((

Thanks

Thank you love and yes the impact of E-1 would be more finer and darker depending on your hair shade number :)
@@ZainabZahidAli My shade is a 6 to 7 blond (dark blond/light brown).
Do you think I can go dark grey without bleaching?
